"Ideal for us."
...spacious and really comfortable. The kitchen was really well appointed, the living room had comfortable sofas and a lovely woodburner, though we didn't need it much at all as the flat was very warm and cosy. It was really relaxing. It was quiet and extremely well located in the village itself with all the possible amenities you could wish for. Newport is a lovely little village. You can walk directly from the flat on to the coastal path, down to the seafront or even to the beach, as well as up into the hills. Claire and her mum were excellent hosts and responsive as well as very friendly. We really recommend this place and will be returning.

"Just back from a lovely week in Newport."
The flat was a good central base. Warm and cosy with very comfortable beds and friendly hosts. The kitchen is well-stocked if you want to cook but also there’s plenty of easy opportunities to purchase great food locally, not least from downstairs! We’d definitely consider staying there again.

"We had a very warm welcome, the flat was warm and cosy, very central, with everything close by and the whole food shop below was a delight."
When we arrived we discovered the oven had stopped functioning, but within 2 hours the oven was replaced, 2 days before Christmas!! We were there for a month, during that time a light fitting needed replacing, also done immediately. Our stay was so enjoyable, Thank you
