  • "Wow ! An absolutely a fantastic setting lovely and quiet ideal for touring the Valleys ."

    beaches .The mumbles . Burry Port and surrounding areas .Ystradgynlais is a fantastic little town ideal for shopping for gifts food and takeaways . The owners have really thought out their accommodation letting ,they have thought of everything we stayed for two weeks and we found everything we needed it is so comfortable and has a wet room which is a rarity in Wales as most have showers over baths . In fact we enjoyed it so much that we will be booking another 3 holidays there next year.. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay in your wonderful accommodation.Terry ,Tina ,Bessie

  • "We enjoyed our stay."

    The Barn is in a quiet place surrounded by nature. The Building Quality is on cheaper Level. But the Price is fair for what you find. The only downer was that it was not well cleaned.

But with regards to to build quality that's a bit low, as you point out yourself the price was low, and it is a converted cow shed after all not a extravagant county manor. maybe stay upmarket .   • "This our second stay at this property, the first time in July."

    This time we arrived just as storm Bram set in. The cottage was very sheltered & cosy & we could still sit outside under the covered patio. The surrounding area is rural & beautifully quiet & tranquil but very close to local amenities. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here, we will most likely be back.

  • "For the price paid, the accommodation was well worth it."

    Unfortunately at times the nearby Quarry made sitting outside or walking in the immediate area a bit noisy. Otherwise very good.

  • "We had a great week in our lovely, cosy cottage."

    We were undisturbed for the whole week and although we had neighbours for part of the time there was no disruption. Everything in the barn worked as it should and the wifi was fine for our needs. When approaching the farm, take good notice of the instructions, particularly look for the large rock, hard to miss really, although we did! It is a very rural area.

  • "Lovely little cottage in a very tranquil setting."

    Extremely clean & comfortable. Nice enclosed garden with outside seating & safe for our dog to wander around. Shops, restaurant’s etc just a few minutes away. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here

  • "The owners were really helpful; I was in need of some kitchen utensils and they went out of their way to provide them to us."

    The cottage was cozy, the area was tranquil and the night sky beautiful. I would definitely recommend for a short stay, maybe a bit too small for a larger stay or for more than a group of 2 persons.

Park off-road and unpack into a light and airy studio-style property, where you will find a kitchen space outfitted with a selection of amenities to cater to your culinary needs, as well as a dining table for two where you and your significant other can enjoy a romantic meal over a glass of fizz, before settling down in the sitting area to catch up on a good book.
