"I recently enjoyed a three‑day stay at Apartment 29 and found it to be a clean, fresh, and welcoming holiday property."
The living area was spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped with all essential appliances. Guests should note that condiments and tea towels are not provided, although washing‑up liquid and scrubbers are supplied. The oven and large freezer functioned well, and the television offered a good selection of services, including Freeview, Disney+, and Netflix. As my stay was in February, the apartment felt slightly cold at times; a throw for the sofa would have been appreciated, although an extra duvet served as a suitable alternative.
The main bedroom was compact but comfortable, with a firm mattress that I personally found favourable. However, the slatted blinds and a panel above the door allowed a significant amount of light to enter the room during the night. This made sleeping difficult due to the brightness from the exterior lighting, which would benefit from being placed on a timer or sensor. Future guests may wish to bring materials to help block out the excess light. Or perhaps paint it out above the bedroom door.
Although we did not use the second bedroom, it was useful for drying the provided towels. The bathroom was clean, and the shower worked very well, with hot water readily available. The property also had a good selection of cleaning equipment, which was particularly helpful as we were travelling with a dog.
The outdoor area was pleasant, though the pebble surfacing appeared damaged in places and may present a trip hazard, particularly for children. Despite this, it was an enjoyable space where we were able to watch the wildlife.
The location of the apartment is excellent—within close proximity to Saundersfoot town, the beach, and convenient walking routes for dogs. A public dog waste bin opposite the school was particularly useful. While the property listing mentioned recycling bins neither were present during our stay.
Despite a few minor issues, we very much enjoyed our visit to Apartment 29 and would happily return.

"We stayed the last week of October."
The property was as described. Great location and Saundersfoot was lovely. Some slight issues with drainage in the bathroom, but overall clean and comfortable.

"A lovely location, close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough away from the noise, hustle and bustle to get a peaceful and relaxing holiday."
The overall cleanliness was very good in the kitchen and bathroom but in my opinion the laminate flooring should be cleaned not just swept or vaccumed, likewise with the rug in the lounge.
Bedding and towels were lovely and fresh.
A well stocked kitchen with equipment but a washing machine would have been a bonus especially as there was plumping for one. I was glad of the fridge and freezer in the kitchen as I prefer to home cook and not to eat out.
It was lovely to have heating and hot water on demand as the time of year is becoming cooler at night. And a nice hot shower after a long day is wonderful.
Although the furniture looked wondeful, sadly the double bed and the sofa and chairs were not comortable at all (too hard), that is one thing that spoilt my holiday as I was not able to get comfortable and rest after long all day walking.
A few family board games like draughts in the lounge for a rainy day would have been a nice touch, other places I have stayed do have these and are very welcome. It was great too, to have a smart TV that worked well.
The welcome pack was very much appreciated and to be supplied with washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls on arrival was something I was very grateful for thank you.

"Everything was very clean and tidy, there were great facilities and matched our expectations."
Our only gripes were the bed - the matress was so hard we had to use the duvets from the spare beds to make it more comfortable - plus we were asked to put the dishwasher on and have it finished and emptied for the 10am departure time. We'd expect either a later departure time or be able to leave the dishwasher on when we leave, as we have in all other properties we've stayed in.

"Comfortable clean apartment in an excellent quiet position."
Parking just outside the door. 5 minute walk to lovely Saundersfoot. Plenty of great places to eat and lovely beaches. I can only think the whole place has just been refurbished as it thankfully bears no resemblance to previous reviews! Remember to take toiletries, Toilet rolls, hairdryer and everything you need for cooking as these are not included (or listed). Would definitely recommend and would come back.

"Great location well equipped and clean inside perfect for a small group only minor criticism the windows could do with a good clean and the patio area was overgrown- needed a bit of TLC."

"Positives : location excellent, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, good wi-fi/smart TV, comfy pillows, adequate supply of utensils/crockery, plenty of towels."
Lots of negatives: unclean - dirty used tissues on bedroom floor, dirty utensils/crockery, floors dusty/sandy, windows filthy, toilet brush and holder full of excrement (does not seem to be accidental), uncomfortable beds, patio area unusable - overgrown bomb site that doesn’t look like photos advertised, poor lighting, smell of damp, smelly/dirty furniture, vacuum cleaner full, blinds insufficient in bedrooms - it’s like daylight at night, wardrobe door hanging off runners in bedroom.
After spending over £700 for 5 nights we expected a lot more!
All of the ‘negatives’ could easily be rectified with a little bit of care and attention. Would not stay here again unless issues are dealt with. A shame as the location is spot on and the size of the apartment is perfect.

"We enjoyed our stay overall; however, there are certain issues that should be addressed by the owner."
The windows and entrance area desperately need a good clean. When you arrive at the property, the entrance is very dirty, full of cobwebs, leaves and dirt, not a good first impression. Windows and sills for the entrance of the property were thick with dirt and cobwebs. Of course, cobwebs can happen overnight, but it was obvious that this dirt was a buildup over time.
Inside the property has beautiful large patio doors, but these are spoiled because they are so dirty it's hard to see through the grime to the rather neglected patio area. The frames of the patio doors outside are full of cobwebs and dirt. Such a shame, as these patio doors are a big plus point for the property.
The beds, especially the single beds, could also do with an upgrade.
Throughout our stay, there was a smell of damp which never seemed to disappear even after several days of use.
However, the kitchen and living area are ideal for a short holiday, and the location is as described, being a short distance down the hill from the village.
We found the property to be a good base for exploring, and once you got over the lack of cleaning to the exterior, we had a pleasant stay.

This accommodation was first class, a little bit nippy in the evening, but no probs heating at a touch of a button, All beds were comfy, small issue with car parking number, should mention that the door to the apartment is around the corner would be helpful to have hanging hooks in bathroom and bedroom and a small shelf in the shower for shampoo etc, also be aware of the the welcome package it's a lovely gesture but it also contains dishwasher detergent that looks like sweets, amongst the chocolates, biscuits and coffee, it only takes eight minutes to walk to the front harbour,we had a great time,
