"Nice apartment, great location."
Apartment requires some tlc. Entrance to property unkempt, which wasn't a good first impression. Front door panel broken, rained in with heavy rain. Floor edges in the bathroom were not clean. Lounge chairs, looked lovely but not too comfy to sit in for a period of time. Pillows were inadequate. The glass doors needed cleaning. The glass panels on the balcony had green algae on them. One of the bucket chairs was broken.

"First impressions of the property were poor, as the front door and exterior of the windows were dirty and there was someone parked in our allotted parking space."
The balcony could do with a bit of care and attention - there are weeds growing in the corners and the glass panels are dirty. The apartment inside was clean and pleasant though, with lots of natural light in the open plan sitting room. We love saundersfoot and the location of the apartment is great, being just a 10 minute walk into town and to the beach.
