"Road to property full of potholes."
Garden could have done with a patio area with better maintained furniture. Garden itself could be better maintained as grass was roughly cut and path overgrown. Bathroom is listed as shower room but shower was in the bath. As one of my party is partly disabled she was unable to use the shower. No hanging space in any of the bedrooms so clothes got creased in the drawers.

"We had a lovely relaxing peaceful stay at Henllys Lodge."
We would definitely return. It would be helpful if any of the fields surrounding the lodge could be used for a dog exercise area and clearly signposted as it's a dog friendly holiday let?

"Enjoyed a week at Henllys Lodge, very clean, comfortable cottage with lovely views ."
Had a lot of rain which made walking to the cottage across the garden a bit tricky so wellies were a necessity,or maybe think about putting a path to the back door? It was great to have a washing machine and dryer too. Would have been good to have a couple of board games too as we never really figured out the tv! Would recommend the cottage even after a storm took out the power in the whole area. Daniel was very helpful and kept us informed ( also suggesting the pub!) Nice meal at the Salutation Inn till the power came on . Also visited the dry ski slope at Llangranog, which was great and Hangor 5 trampoline park at Haverford West, pleasant staff and good set up. Dog friendly too .
