"The property was advertised as two double beds and two single beds not so the beds are shot worn out mattresses so bad my son and family went home after 1 night with bad back."

Many thanks for your review, we take all our guest comments very seriously. Ramsey Lodge has always been advertised with Sykes , as having one King sized bed and two twin rooms. The Lodge was brand new in 2021, and the mattresses are in very good condition. An inventory was completed the week before your arrival and all the items were present. All our Lodges are well stocked, and items that are missing or damaged are replaced on a regular basis. As we are a rural based site, and the fact that we did have some very bad stormy weather during your stay, unfortunately the Wifi can be affected at times. Similarly, the Holiday Home is a Lodge and despite double glazing, there may be the occasional draft, if there are exceptionally high winds. All the information that guests need to self check in is e mailed a few days pre-arrival. The key safe for Ramsey Lodge is directly opposite the main door.; we have however, updated the pre-arrival information to include specific directions on how to locate the key safe. In order to sublet our Holiday Homes through Sykes, we have to complete, monitor and regularly update a thorough Fire Risk Assessment, within the Health and Safety requirements. In December 2023 the annual PAT test and EICR were completed, and no faults or areas for concern were reported, and there was no mention of an extension lead that might be cause for concern. Each Lodge has a comprehensive Welcome pack, and all the Emergency information needed is contained in this pack. Property Owner

"Fabulous accomodation with amazing views."
All the furnishings were fresh and modern , beds very comfortable, the single beds a very good size. Living area very comfortable and very social. Fabulous view through large picture window from sofa. The information folder was very informative with plenty of useful local information. A couple of local walks were mapped out too.Hot tub was lovely. All the staff on site were very friendly and helpful.
Hi many thanks for your detailed review. Ramsey is a super Lodge and does have an amazing view across the surrounding fields, towards St Brides Bay. Pembrokeshire is such a wonderful County to enjoy the Outdoors, and being less than 3 miles from access to the extensive coast path, we are ideally located. Its really helpful to have feedback regarding the Guest Information folder, as we always try to keep this updated and packed full of ideas from where to eat, recommended things to do and places to visit. As a double Lodge , Ramsey is very spacious and comfortable. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. Property Owner
