"Very first time staying in a pod and it was a excellent experience, everything ..."
Very first time staying in a pod and it was a excellent experience, everything you could need to hand in a lovely clean ,comfy, cosy space we are bikers and it was ideal for touring the welsh valleys we will be recommending to everyone and hope to return
Thank you for your kind words. You have summed up the essence of the Pods perfectly. They are not yet another boutique hotel room. We are aiming for a slightly quirky, comfy and cosy experience. A peaceful break from the humdrum of daily life. Excellent biking roads in Wales come as standard. Property Owner

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with Sykes or anywhere else."
did not honour the booking which included use of a TV Was switched from one pod to another then expected to sit and watch a working TV in a pod infested with mice. The dropping were in the cupboard and were just quickly wiped away but the bait as well as urine stained cloth were left in there. Before anybody goes in there it needs a deep clean. The owner is discourteous and does not understand his commitment to guests especially health and safety issues.

"The pod was clean, comfortable, and well equipped."
The only downside was that there was no signal on the TV, and no instructions to rectify this. However, this was not a real problem because we were able to access iplayer on my phone
Thank you for your kind words. I will investigate the TV situation and rectify. Property Owner
