  • "Entrance hall bulb not working, upstairs toilet seat broken, stains on stairs carpet and sofa and chair, no tin opener, 1 toilet roll for 2 toilets, draws broken in back bedroom, used cotton bud in bedside table in main bedroom, chocolate wrapper in bedside table in second bedroom, water leak marks on ceiling in lounge, bins not put out for a few weeks given amount of refuse in them, general overall redecorating needed."

  • "The property is centrally located so ideal for visiting Pembrokeshire, you can get anywhere within 20-25 minutes."

The property was clean and tidy inside with all the bits and bobs you'd need for a short break. Hot tub a big plus. The only criticism is that outside there was a lot of rubbish. I would guess that the previous guests hadn't put the various bins and bags out for collection. Not a major issue but didn't look great on arrival.

  • "The property was decorated nicely and lots of pots, pans etc; there were a lot of spiderwebs, and spiders, inside."

Lots of places to visit within a short drive. The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable; very thin duvets and pillows. The jacuzzi was nice, but temperature dropped on the last evening. The property is on a main road that has a hospital and retail parks on it; consequently, a lots of road noise that can be heard from the bedrooms and while in the jacuzzi.

  • "The cottage was filthy when we arrived."

Cobwebs and dust everywhere. Including the kitchen. Broken toilet seat, beds not made. Rubbish under the beds. Floor was sticky. We did message the owner who sent out the cleaners again on our second day. They didn’t do a lot to be honest but at that point we just wanted to enjoy and make the most of it. Certainly wouldn’t book again because of this.

This review stand out to me as it is not what others had found. The toilet seat was not broken before the guest arrived. The cottage beds was made up for 2 guest as per booking, however, more people arrived. We offer to go and make the beds up but the gusts declined and did it themselves with the bedding at the house. The house is alway cleaned to a very high standers. Property Owner

  • "Great location."

The enclosed garden was really helpful having a dog. Small but well equipped and very comfortable. Shower fabulous. King size bed extra comfortable. Fans upstairs would be helpful on very hot days. Had a lovely holiday.

  • "Amazing cottage, all high quality facilities, nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, tea coffee sugar and milk all ready for your arrival."

Immaculate and clean, really comfortable bedding, big comfy king size bed in master. Absolutly loved our stay, wished we had booked for longer. Only thing that bothered us was the toilet door catching on the rug downstairs, but soon moved. Would love to go back. Thank you for a lovely stay.
