  • "Amazing cottage very clean and tidy."

The hot tub is amazing but if I had one gripe the temp of the hot tub is a 40° this should be turned down to 35°. The cottage has fast internet 100mb download and upload. It was quiet and very close to shops. We felt at home when we stayed. I would definitely return. Thank you to Tracy the owner as couldn't find cottage but she was more than helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for leaving feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. We really want our guests to have a nice time. The temperature on the hot tub can be easily adjusted and if you had contacted us about it, we could have adjusted it when we called in to check it. Hopefully we will see you again in the future, kind regards Tracy Property Owner

We loved staying here, the place was spotless, well furnished/equipped and more spacious than it looks in the photos, and the hot tub was great, even if the weather was a bit too cold to use it as much as we wanted, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

  • "We had such high hopes following other feedback but unfortunately this wasn't for us."

The bed was very uncomfortable and because the cottage is below another property we woke every morning to people banging around . The property is in a large car park and we didn't find getting in and out the out tub very private , your open to the full car park but the hot tub it's self is quite private. There's a book about the property it asks to report any accidents as they understand they can happen, unfortunately my partner sat on the toilet seat to cover his leg brace for the shower , we informed them immediately and offered to pay for a new one and apologised, the owner never replied and has now charged us £130 .

Thank you for leaving feedback. I’m sorry you found the bed uncomfortable which was brand new this season . With regard to the toilet damage, I had guests arriving and had to get it repaired which involved an emergency call out for the plumber, the cost of which were passed onto yourself. At the time of booking you are given the opportunity to take out insurance cover, ideal for this sort of situation. I am sorry you chose not to take up that option. When you informed me about it ( just before midnight Friday evening, you stated you were happy to pay as it was your fault) I contacted the cottage company to deal with it under the good housekeeping bond scheme and provided them with the invoices for the costs) Obviously we appreciate guests informing us of any accidental damage, and if it is a small cost we are happy to absorb it but unfortunately were unable to in this circumstance. • "This property is very well cared for and has been thoughtfully furnished."

The owners have used this unusual space very well with the correct furniture, fittings and lighting. It is extremely comfortable, well equipped and quiet. It is perfect for a couple wanting a home away from home with a change of scenery. The hot tub is the icing on the cake, it is well sheltered and private. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we are rather picky people.

Stunning property if we’re ever in the area again wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Two wonderful restaurants in the town forbidden florist and George’s book in advance. Well done to the owners they have a little gem of a holiday home. Hot tub was amazing and well maintained

  • "We found this gorgeous little hidden gem after coming across an advert on tiktok."

It was our first visit to Wales and we will definitely be back. The rooms were immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable, freshly washed sheets and amazing pillows. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The photos do not do this place justice, the living room and open plan kitchen are very spacious. Both televisions had Netflix on them so we logged in and caught up on our favourite shows when we were ready for bed. The remains of a beautiful castle are right on the door step and we were a few minutes from the town centre. We spent one day at the beach which is 10 minutes by car then went back again at midnight to watch the meteor shower. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.

Tastefully furnished and close to amenities in town centre. Ideal location for touring the whole of Pembrokeshire coast.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I was fortunate to meet you before you left and you were very enthusiastic and thankful about the property and your stay. It would be helpful to know what aspect of the listing you feel is not accurate in order for it to be revised for future guests as this is written by Sykes following their inspection of the property. • "Beautiful one bedroom apartment, ideally situated in centre of Haverfordwest but quiet enough not to hear noise from pubs etc."

Hot tub was perfect, towels and robes supplied. Locality to town centre was perfect with its various shops, bars etc although like most towns now overrun with vape shops. Would recommend the Forbidden Florist for Sunday lunch, huge portions and reasonably priced. Please note, the directions will take you to the front of the property but you need to make your way to the back of the property located in Castle Lake Car Park where a dedicated parking space is available shared with the property upstairs from the apartment.
