  • "Lovely stay in this perfect little cottage."

The owners, Chris and Steph, are terrific and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The views from the cottage are spectacular and it is wonderfully quiet apart from the occasional passing car or farm vehicle. Although we didn't have time to use the hot tub it looks very inviting especially at night when, if it is clear, the stars are brilliant with no light pollution. Would thoroughly recommend for a very relaxing break.

Thank you for the kind feedback, we're so glad you had a lovely stay. Yes the night skies can be beautiful here, even with the naked eye - but definitely worth bringing some binoculars next time to maximise the experience! Hope to have you back again. Steph and Chris Property Owner

  • "Field View apartment was very quiet and peaceful."

The deck overlooking the fields was a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The hottub was great to sooth muscles after a day of hiking to castles or through beautiful gardens a short drive away. A 15 minute drive took us to a great store so we could cook our own meals in the well supplied kitchen. We spent a well-rested 10 days at Field View, it's a great base from which to explore southwest Wales!

We very much enjoyed hosting you and Mary Jo, and so pleased you found enough to entertain you for the 10 days - there is indeed plenty to explore! We hope to see you again, should your travel bring you back to Wales in the future. Property Owner

  • "This was such a wonderful break to decompress and write!"

We both spent ages in the hot tub, reading on the sofa, sitting on the balcony writing. It was exactly what we needed. Watching bunnies hop around in the opposite field and cows graze while the sun set - priceless.

We're so pleased you found Field View so relaxing - it was great to hear about your writing, and we look forward to welcoming you back! Property Owner

  • "Amazing stay at field view cottage."

The lovely cottage had everything that we needed. A nice balcony to have morning tea/coffee and breakfast. A lot of cooking equipment which made our live easier. The cottage was very clean and owners are very accommodating and just generally nice people who want you to have an excellent time. The exercise area for our dog was perfect before bed and in the mornings and the hot tub was lovely. The bed was very cosy and comfortable and shower and taps all worked very well. Will definitely be back here to stay next year!

You were great guests, Josh, and it was fab to meet Rocco, what a bundle of energy! We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Steph and Chris Property Owner
