"A lovely homely cottage with everything you could need ."
Comfortable and warm .
-
"A lovely cottage in an ideal position with the added bonus of off street parking."
Comfortable beds and pleasantly decorated. The lighting in the kitchen is a little on the low side and the TV interesting in it’s eccentricity.. it would be nice to solve that unless it’s due to outside conditions.

"Thank you for another fantastic stay at Panteg."
This is the third time we have been and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. It has everything you need, the location is superb and the private, enclosed garden is an added bonus. We shall certainly make a return visit.

"Very central property to amenities, lovely and comfortable"
-
"Lovely little cottage within easy reach of town."
Everything was fine and the cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Really comfy bed and the living room was cosy, with the heating being on for a long time during the day.The TV was a little erratic, because it came on when the heating came on at 6.30am, which was a scarey wake up call. The windows need replacing,as they all had condensation on them all day,and the front door needs replacing as there is a massive gap down one side which counter acts the heating being on. But on the whole we had a lovely time.

"Panteg was very well positioned in village with bars/cafes and restaurants."

"Excellent accommodation and useful literature in the form of maps and local information."
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. No complaints whatsoever!

Highly recommended

"We loved the stay, thank you very much!"

"2nd visit to panteg cottage."
We like its well situated position and the parking. Everything nice and clean and very well equipped. We do feel the patio area needs an update as being pensioners found the slate chips hard to walk on. Also a toilet upstairs would be a bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it.

"Hoover still not replaced."
I bring my own!

"Excellent stay."
Very comfortable.

"A beautiful Welsh cottage in a perfect location, close to High Street and shops one way & the beautiful walk into along The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to Parrog the other way."
Very well equipped with a secure & sunny back garden for us & our Jack Russell to relax in, would love to return one day.

"Another lovely stay in Panteg."
Thank you!

"First time at this cottage."
Favourably impressed. Comfortable and pretty well equipped. Had a very enjoyable stay. Just a thought - we have stayed in many holiday cottages and a few basics in the kitchen cupboard are always helpful - salt, pepper, some teabags for when guests arrive. We will certainly book this cottage again.

"We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back."

"The cottage was warm clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for our holiday."
It was well situated in Newport with handy local shops and cafés and also for lovely walks along the estuary and further afield - with the footpath to The Parrog and Newport beach at the end of the road. We had a lovely week exploring the area & would like to make a return visit one day.

"Two minor issues need fixing."
We were there in bad weather and the car parking area was a quagmire. It just needs some gravel or hardcore. Secondly, the kitchen light needs replacing with a fitting that actually provides some light - it’s almost dark in there, even with the light on. Otherwise, everything was fine.

"A lovely cottage in a good location."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Panteg Cottage."
The cottage was very well equip, comfortable and warm. The location to both the town and beach were excellent, with great walks for dogs. Pembrokeshire is such a beautiful county even in the winter. Newport is a great little town, with everything that you need and more. Most of the shops, restaurants and pubs closed on New Year's Day, which would be something to be remembered for another year - but as we left on the 3rd January, it didn't really affect us.

"The cottage was lovely , very clean and warm with everything you could want in it to cook a meal ."
Wonderfully placed to head into the village where there are lovely cafes and places to eat . Highly recommended and hope we can come back soon

"Another enjoyable week in this lovely cottage."

"Lovely comfy cottage in perfect location with estuary path at the bottom of the street (with beach beyond) and village centre and shops at the top."
Great for our growing family of four. We will be back!

"Panteg cottage is well situated in the lovely coastal village of Newport."
Beautiful beaches are on your doorstep and shops and pubs five minutes' walk away. The cottage has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. Perhaps greater clarity on the recycling would be helpful! I would however recommend the cottage.

"The back door of cottage needs to seen to , the lock / key kept on jamming, ..."
The back door of cottage needs to seen to , the lock / key kept on jamming, needed to use that door to let dog out otherwise I would have just used front door , at one point it took 5 mins to open the back door
Thank you for your feedback. The back door lock has been attended to. Property Owner

"Despite later check in time, fruit bowl and tea bag dish had not been cleaned."
Basket in lounge for "used items" contained a game. Heating did not seem to be timed, so had to manually adjust down before going to bed. A very enjoyable stay, though, and we will be returning.
-
"Second time been this cottage , they have put up coat hanger in laundry room and left vacuum cleaner as we said they could do with this last time we stayed ."
We love Newport been coming for many years now and this is the best cottage we have stayed in

"We have spent another lovely week at Panteg."
The cottage was comfortable and I really liked the kitchen diner. However, having to negotiate an awkward stairs to use the bathroom during the night is not as easy as it was. A toilet and washbasin facility in the landing large walk-in cupboard would be the answer, and also help those with young children.

"Perfect location, super little cottage."
Owner a delight and went above and beyond to help. Cleaning Requires some finer details. Would happily return for future stays. Booking process easy and efficient. Many Thanks
