"Great location, close to the beach, coastal path and town for restaurants, shops."
The cottage is a perfect size for two, good layout, WiFi was very good considering the location and lack of phone signal in Newport. Only criticism we had was the comfort of the bed, could do with a new / more comfortable mattress, we both found it uncomfortable and didn't sleep well.

"Perfect little cottage for two."
Great location. Minor criticisms are the need better outdoor furniture, bigger cheese

"I loved the cottage, it had everything I needed except wi-fi and phone reception but I coped."
It was really well equipped, my only complaint was that I couldn't close the velux blind over the stairs so woke up at day break.

"Super small cottage, ideal for single occupancy."
It has a large shared garden with a flower meadow behind, so plenty of bird watching with an early morning cuppa. The cottage is close to the Parrog which has a boat club and a café, it is also close to Newport which has all local facilities including buses to surrounding towns, which saves using the car.
We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Springhill cottage. Many thanks for taking time to review the cottage . Property Owner

"Significant issue with condensation on all the walls when we arrived."
The property had no heating on when we arrived which probably lead to the build up of condensation when the heating was put on. Lack of crockery only 2 dinner plates and no chopping board also new frying pan needed. Hooks at the entrance would be handy for coats. Toilet paper holder to avoid the paper getting wet from the walls due to the condensation. We found the paving very slippery on the way into the property.
Thank you for your feedback. We will definitely address the issues mentioned. Best wishes Property Owner
