"Have stayed at this bungalow a number of times now."
Glad to see the high standards are still maintained. Very clean, warm & comfortable. Good sized drive for parking. Plenty of hanging & drawer space. Kitchen stocked with all the necessary items. In walking distance of a Tesco Extra & other supermarkets. Lots of places to visit nearby. An ideal place to stay if you want to explore that part of Pembrokeshire.

"Very comfortable and located in a quiet part of Pembroke Dock with easy access to South and North Pembrokeshire."
Good walking area with many beaches 15 to 30 minutes drive away. My fifth visit and hopefully will visit again this year.
-
"4* cleanliness , quality bed linen, as an ex chef quality cooking utensils."
Great value and the host was a very responsive communicator.. If this is Sykes good overall standard then Airbnb need to be worried, Very impressed and exceed expectations ..

"A really comfortable, immaculate & very well equipped bungalow."
This wasn't our first visit &, hopefully, it won't be our last. It's not just about the comfort & quiet setting of the bungalow. It's about the places nearby that are well worth a visit - beautiful beaches at Tenby, Saundersfoot & surrounding areas. Lovely walk from Bosherston down to Broad Haven South Beach & coast walk to Barafundle Bay. Then there's Narberth with it's niche shops & Pembroke itself. A superb castle surrounded by Millponds, with a nice place to walk round. Also, the people are so friendly. We sometimes just go for a walk around the local streets & people stop & talk to you.

"This is my husband's third visit & my 4th."
The bungalow is spacious, immaculate, well-equipped & extremely comfortable. It's on a small estate - there are no through roads - so it's very quiet. Yet less than 5 minutes walk away is a Tesco Extra. A bit further on are ALDI, LIDL & ASDA. There are some beautiful beaches nearby. Broad Haven (Bosherston Lily Ponds), Barafundle Bay & Freshwater East and West. Stackpole is worth a visit, too. A tour of Pembroke Castle is a must. Pembroke Main Street has some quirky gift shops & a superb greengrocers - Wisebuys. It's like an Aladdin's cave. I would be very surprised if anyone went in there & came out empty handed. So much on sale. Hopefully, we'll return again sometime next year.

"This was to be our 2nd visit to this lovely bungalow."
But had to cut short our holiday after just two days. There were 3 rats in the garden, which terrified my wife as she had been bitten as a child. Nowhere in the property was there any notification not to feed the birds. There was wild bird food in the utility room supplied. I informed Sykes that we had a concern. Sykes said they would talk to the owner on our behalf to see if something could be agreed.we left the owner a note informing them of the situation. Unfortunately nothing was done, we did get a survey form asking how we rated the service from Sykes on resolving the case but nothing else. So sadly we will not be recommending Sykes to anyone in the future. And have put a post on the sykes problem site which has prompted a lot of response from customers that have had similar issues with Sykes customer service.

"A lovely, clean, comfortable & ideally situated bungalow."
The wine, teabags, milk & Welsh cakes were a nice touch to start our holiday...thank you! Enjoyed our time in Pembrokeshire visiting places such as Tenby, Stackpole, St David's, Picton Castle & Owl Centre & Pembroke Castle which had a really good informative, jovial tour guide! We also encountered gorgeous sandy deserted beaches & rugged coastal walks. Excellent food in Y Cerrig Glas (Marston pub) & Steak Night in The Welshman on a Tuesday is good value for money! The only minor points we had was maybe a worktop protector in the kitchen & coat hooks in the hallway...these are obviously just personal preferences though! Would definitely recommend this property.
I am very happy to know that you enjoyed your stay at Harmony House and Pembrokeshire as a whole. I will take on board your suggestion of worktop protectors. There are coat hooks fitted by the back door which I think are sufficient. To fit more in the hallway would possibly spoil the entrance however, I welcome your feedback and thank you for visiting Pembroke Dock Property Owner

"Be aware, there is a housing construction site immediately behind the rear garden and on 1 evening work continued until 7pm."
We were not made aware of this prior to arrival, but when I raised it with Sykes, the owner to be fair, came round to apologize which I appreciated. However the owner then went round to see the next door neighbor and reported back to Sykes that they had no issues with the site works. The owner did tell me that the site was planned to be developed 1 plot at a time (although 4 properties are currently being built) so the issue of the construction site could potentially go on for a long time. I am disappointed that this issue spoiled what could have been a very good holiday property.
This small site was earmarked for self build around ten years ago. Work commenced on two properties several months ago without notification to adjoining properties. The next door neighbour has assured me that there was minimal disturbance for an hour one evening whilst a workman fixed facia brackets to one property. There is virtually no site traffic as the build is now nearing completion. Once again, I have been assured by my neighbour that they have suffered no upset throughout the construction and as this has been the only complaint throughout a fully booked season, I can only apologise if you felt this spoiled your stay Property Owner

"Spacious property, well thought out with everything that you need for your holiday, ."
Great kitchen.. One point would be the top bunk bed has a mattress was way to thick to be safe ( was above the safety level line ) we felt it unsafe for our granddaughter to sleep on, she slept on the floor.
The bunks were purchased as a complete set and I was unaware that the top mattress was slightly higher than the indicated safety level. I have contacted the suppliers and await their response. I have purchased an additional safety rail for the top bunk. Thank you for brining this issue to my attention Property Owner

"Lovely, spacious and extremely clean bungalow."
We loved our stay with my parents and children. I was provided with a phone number if I needed to contact the owner. Speedy response straight away. Very helpful. Ideal location for st Davids cathedral, Tenby and the beautiful beaches. Would recommend fresh water west beach.

"A lovely, comfortable and clean bungalow in an ideal location for visiting the surrounding area."
The welcome pack including Welsh Cakes was an added bonus.

"My third stay at the bungalow but this time with my sister."
She, like me, agreed that it is spacious & very comfortable. Everything you need is to hand. All the equipment is easy to use. A drive to park on & not a cramped parking bay. Luckily, the weather was lovely, which meant we ate breakfast in the south facing garden each morning & were able to sit out every evening until around 7pm. I will be back.

"Steps upto upper level of garden not safe no hand rail and tree in front of them children could fall with injury"
Steps are now enclosed and shrubs pruned back. Thank you for your feedback Property Owner

"Second visit and certainly not the last."
Very comfortable and clean, ideally situated to enable me to visit all the places I want to go to in South and North Pembrokeshire.

"We found the bungalow to be above our expectations in size."
The owner has thought of everything right down to nail clippers and needle and threads. Ideal for guests with mobility difficulties as doorways are wide. Really appreciated the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and Welsh cakes so welcome after a long drive. The wine was nice too. Spotlessly clean. We can highly recommend the bungalow for holidays and we are looking at returning next year. Thank You.

"Great place."
One silly thing could do with one booklet with info such as Wi Fi access, other info about bins etc. No info about stripping bedding

"The house was in very good condition and clean, well equipped."
In a great location. Our party was 6 adults (all family) ranging from 59 to 78. 3 of us grew up in this area many years ago so we know it well. Me and my sister's party stayed for the first 10 days and it was fine, with no issues, When we left my Elderly Aunt and Uncle were left on their own for the remainder of the 3 weeks, They had a few small issues. Firstly the kitchen fluorescent tube started blinking so they had to keep this off, then during the night, the top of a cast iron bird bath fell off ( we had cats and seagulls visit during the day) No one had any reason to touch this as it was always full of water after some rain showers. My uncle tried to replace this but it was worn and decayed and the screw would not hold it, so it was left on top and looked fine for a week, then the morning they left they found it on the ground again so left it for the owner to see. The tumble dryer was only used on the last night and there was a burning smell coming from it as it dried, the towels were really hot. On further inspection, the lint tray was full of fluff. My Aunt tried calling the number provided on our sheet 5 or 6 times during the week to report these but the phone was never answered, Not much use if there is an emergency. not sure who the number belongs to as it came up "Sykes" on her screen. A note was left for the cleaners. All in all it was a great holiday, spoilt by a few issues, what made it worse was the owner tried to blame us for damaging the bird bath. Thankfully my Uncle took photos of this and forwarded everything to Sykes.

I will definitely stay at this bungalow again.

"Excellent location."
Close to many of the attractions on offer and close to the many fantastic beaches.

"This property is quite obviously well cared for and maintained."
.. could not find fault, it was lovely and the welcome pack is a really nice touch. Only downside for us was the very soft mattresses. For us the location was most suitable.

"Lovely Detached Bungalow shops are in walking distance not much of a Town centre not much to do in low season"
