"Previous visitors were right about the very steep road!"
The cottage itself is lovely, well thought out and with some lovely quirky bits. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Some information on how to operate the heating would be useful. Thankfully I was warm enough with the heat from the oven and did not need to use the log burner as the weather was so mild for November. The bed is lovely and comfy and I slept very well. There is a good walk for dog owners up behind the cottage and the views would be spectacular if it was a clear day. Shopping is good with a Lidl just up the road. All in all a good base for exploring. Ogmore by Sea and the Museum of Welsh Life at St Fagans are only an hour's drive away.

"Beautiful cottage very comfortable."
Only negatives it could really use a tv in bedroom. Also front door needs attention very awkward to lock and unlock.
Thank you for your feedback and kind words about Hillside. We have taken on your comments about a TV in the bedroom and will look into this further. We have added a note on how to open the front door to our key collection details. Kind regard the owners Property Owner
