  • "This has to be the best situated and best value 4 bedroom holiday home in Porthgain."

Just finished our second stay and we love it! I search and search for houses near the sea in a quiet and characterful village with really good eateries close by and marvellous coastal walks. Believe me, it can be hard to find them and Glan-y-Mor ticks every single box. It's also very well-quipped and comfortable. Why bother with busy and pricey Cornwall/Devon when you can have such unspoilt beauty and good value here.

  • "Thank you for a wonderful stay at Glan y Mor!"

We were very comfortable and enjoyed the garden- lovely to see bats and great for stargazing. Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and big fridge. Nice to be so close to the harbour and coastal path. We've stayed in a number of holiday cottages in the area and this is by far our favourite, we hope to return.

  • "We all absolutely loved our stay at Glan Y Mor."

The cottage was spacious, very comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. The bay window over looking the harbour was a highlight! The garden was enclosed which was perfect for the kids. The parking available was perfect 2 cars. Porthgain itself is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding villages and costal walks. We would love to return.

It's location minutes away from the harbour and the Pembrokeshire coastal path is lovely. We were fortunate to have excellent weather all week, walked miles with our dog and had a BBQ dinner in the garden most evenings. Highly recommended

What would also be nice would be tea & coffee, just enough to have a cuppa when you arrive after a long journey and haven’t unpacked supplies. Lovely well equipped cottage. Apologies we did make a short phone call and forgot to leave anything in the honesty box.

Nearby Whitesands Bay is one of the many beautiful beaches in the area, and walkers will delight in the spectacular views from the coastal path which runs around the complete coastline of Pembrokeshire. Local buses will help with your walking plans, so that you can walk several stretches of the path with totally different landscapes and views each day.
