"Messaged when arrived about property being cold and issue with washing machine."
Washing machine was broken and replaced that day, excellent service The heating was turned up but, only programmed to be on morning and night, so drying clothes when you've come back in from a rainy day, an issue.A fleece took over 24hrs to dry as flat really cold by day. The flat is well located and has everything you could need.Just personally too cold for myself Floors need deep clean, quite dirty when I cleaned up a spill

The welcome pack was a wonderful addition! The kids loved the outside space so much. Five minutes walk from Saundersfoot beach. We enjoyed visiting Tenby, particularly the North Beach and Colby Woodland Gardens close by. The perfect stay,we would recommend.

In a nice quiet area handy for the beach and village, loved sitting on the patio area watching rabbits and squirrels in the morning on the lawns. Only grumble was the speed ramps had no gap in the middle so my wife's mobility scooter wouldn't clear it she had to dismount whilst I lifted it over

Absolutely lovely ground floor property Very well maintained and well situated for town centre The only suggestion we have is we found the front door threshold too high for dad with his limited mobility so a little portable ramp would have been advantageous and we would take one with us next time

"The property was as described in the listing, we were very impressed with the cleanliness and facilities it had everything that we needed to cater for ourselves, the welcome pack was very generous and a pleasant surprise."
The location was ideal with the beach and many restaurants within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend this apartment, but, for someone with limited mobility, the apartment was level all through with a small step over the threshold (50mm) to access the rear patio, the front door had a similar step over the threshold, but, there was a step (100mm) from the parking area to the surrounding path. "A lovely quiet apartment to stay at 5 minutes from the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront."
Very comfy bed and everything you could need for a weeks stay. Nice to have the patio area to sit and watch the rabbits grazing on the lawns. Would definitely stay again.

"A lovely apartment and the location is superb, literally a few minutes walk from the beach."
The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Really quiet location and you can sit and enjoy the spacious gardens including watching the birds and rabbits. Would be even better if the shower drain could be cleaned regularly and a larger TV would be a bonus. That said a very well equipt apartment and has the bonus of a designated parking bay. Would definitely stay her again :)

All necessary appliances inc washing machine. Nice black and white decor. Beds comfy and warm. Super location easily walkable to beach and shops. Saundersfoot very dog friendly. People also great in shops and pub. Welcome pack which is nice. Wales are generous with this not all properties do it. Definitely recommend.

"Another relaxing stay at 15 Coedrath Park, our second stay in 4 months."
We had a very comfortable stay. The hosts are extremely kind and generous, the apartment was clean, comfortable and, yes, we will stay there again. The following items would be at great addition to help in meal preparation: a rolling pin, wooden spoons, mixing bowls, baking tin(loaf/round). Otherwise, everything was great and we are recommending it to our friends and family. We look forward to our next stay.

Less then a minute's walk to the sea front so ideal for exploring the local area. We were blown away by the owner's generous welcome treats for all members of the family including our four legged VIP! We will be booking this property again and have told our family and friends to stay here too.

"The outside area was lovely ,but as it was pet friendly a small picket fence on top of wall, would have been better to keep our dogs enclosed."

"The apartment is very well equipped with a lovely outside area which is also well equipped with comfortable outside seating."
The town is a short walk away - all down hill so you need to be fairly fit to make the journey back up the hill - and has a variety of shops to cater for all needs and a beautiful sandy beach. The only slight disturbance is the air feed that comes in from outside which you don't notice during the day but can do at night.

"A beautiful, clean and welcoming apartment."
Everything you need if you want to do your own catering and a modern and light shower room. The welcome basket on arrival was a lovely start to our holiday and the dog loved it too. The patio area was a bonus a calm and relaxing place to watch the squirrels and rabbits whilst eating and enjoying a glass of wine. Special touches in the apartment such as umbrellas, toiletries, welcome basket and Wi-fi and the fact that it is just a short walk to the beach has meant we’ve booked again already! Thank you owners , you have gone the extra mile.

The welcome pack was a nice touch thank you. The location is perfect just a 10 min walk to the centre of Saundersfoots so no need to drive or find a parking space. Great bars and restaurants but advise you book in advance not to be disappointed as they can get very busy.

This apartment has everything you need, modern, clean and well equipped. A small food parcel left for us when we arrived, was a nice touch. Very quiet area, some resident rabbits and squirrels to watch in the evening or early morning. There were a lot of empty apartments around it being renovated at the time. This did not spoil our holiday as they didn't make very much noise. It was really lovely being so close to Saundersfoot beach and shops/ pubs. I think maybe in the summer season it could become busier there as there are quite a few apartments, more than I expected.
