  • "We really enjoyed our short stay at Bwthyn Bach."

It is a well equipped and comfortable cottage except for one item: the couch. I think at least one other customer has mentioned it and it really could do with an upgrade. The horizontal seat unit is too short and doesn't offer much support. Replace this item and I would give 10 out of 10.

  • "Lovely cottage as a base."

. We found the living room sofa very uncomfortable and the tv much too close to view comfortably..maybe needs rearranging.. The bathroom sink is almost impossible to use .. Cozy and compact..

Dear Mr Harris Thank you for your message. We are reviewing the living room arrangements and will experiment with your ideas as creating space is important. We know the sinks are small and will increase them at our next upgrade. I hope you enjoyed using the cottage as a base for your holiday. Thanks again for your feedback. Jo Property Owner

  • "We had a great time."

The cottage was warm and comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is in a great location with lots of lovely beaches nearby. We would love to visit again and stay longer next time.

Thank you for your feedback - we are in our first year of trading following a major refurb, so your comments are very much appreciated. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Matthew Property Owner

  • "Lovely cottage decorated nicely."

Was a slight issue with a smell of damp but that possibly due to the amount of wet weather recently

Thank you for your feedback. Having just refurbished the cottages as new owners, we welcome improvement ideas and feedback. In response to your point about the slight smell of damp - we have investigated and have cut back all the ivy and that seems to have resolved the issue. Extensive ivy and heavy rain, clearly don’t go we’ll together! Property Owner

  • "The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed with regard to kitchen utensils etc."

The only gripe was that the lamps above the bed did not work, so we had to do any reading with a torch!! The cottage was in a beautiful area and very easy to reach beaches, walking routes and other areas of this outstanding National Park. Would highly recommend a stay at this cottage.

Thank you for your feedback - we appreciate it. We have investigated the fault and can confirm the lamps do work ok. However, the switch on the side of the bedside lamps may not be obvious so we are adding instructions to make it easier to operate them. Property Owner
