The movement activated lights on the landing & stairs were great .

  • "Modern house, exceptionally clean and comfortable."

Close to beach and shops. Great courtyard for dogs too. Only issue we had was getting a parking fine for parking in residents only space outside the house. We thought as we were living in the house we could park there - we were wrong. Shame the permit can’t be left for guest use to avoid this happening. Very difficult to get a non resident space in the street if you have been out for the day as they were limited to just a few. Even surrounding streets were the same. We ended up parking in a pay and display car park.

We are delighted you loved the house. Parking is an issue across Tenby and only limited non permit places are available as you found out. Unfortunately a permit cannot be obtained for guest use as they are issued to individual cars associated with residential addresses only. We would love to make one available if we could. all the best Paul and Maria Property Owner

  • "Excellent location for beaches, town, transport and groceries."

The house was great and ideal for dogs. We managed to park in the street, although the Sainsburys multi is only round the corner if it's busy. Definitely recommend staying here.

  • "Great place to stay in Tenby."

Handy for the town & beaches but away from the hurley burley. Spacious kitchen area, opening out onto the garden, which is great for people & dogs alike. Good size lounge with comfy seating. Only 2 of us so can only comment on the one bedroom - the main double which was great. It's hard to find places that take 2 dogs and tick all the boxes. This is definitely one.

thanks for the great feedback in means so much to hear that you had a good time. Property Owner

Gas fire wasn’t working but didn’t bother us even though u warned us about the decking steps they nearly caught me out !! As said overall a great stay Thanx

Thanks for the great feedback. We are delighted you had a great time. We have taken into account your feedback on the slippery decking and have put down non slip boarding on the stairs to improve safety. Thanks again, Paul and Maria Property Owner

  • "Thoroughly enjoyed my holiday with the family & would highly recommend."

As we had 3 teenagers with us the only very minor things I would’ve liked was to have a lock on the bathroom door that worked & been able to have closed my bedroom door . Apart from that a wonderful stay in beautiful Tenby…..

We are delighted you had a great time and enjoyed the property. I was unaware that there was an issue with the doors mentioned and will rectify very soon. Thanks again Paul and Maria Property Owner

  • "We had a great time at Ty Cwtch."

It was close to both the beach and town. It was well presented and clean, with no problems with parking. And we had better weather than our neighbours had in Italy! One small thing: The TV didn't seem to like certain channels. Not a biggie, as we watched DVDs. Oh, and sorry our curry left a stain on the tablecloth. If it won't wash off we'll happily stump up for another.

  • "We love Ty Cwtch."

It’s spotlessly clean and so cosy with beautiful furnishings and everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The beds are super comfy and the little garden is perfect for four legged friends and to enjoy sitting out in. Excellent location with beaches, shops and pubs within minutes walk. Out of peak season it’s usually easy to park on the street for free nearby, but plenty of car parks close when busy. This is our second stay and we’d definitely come back and recommend Ty Cwtch for a perfect stay in beautiful Tenby.

Thank you for your kind feedback. We are delighted you had a great time at Ty Cwtch and we look forward to inviting you back again. All the best, Paul and Maria Property Owner

  • "Everything was clean and comfortable."

The property was well located, near the train and bus stations, round the corner from a Sainsburys supermarket and a 15 minute stroll to the front. We appreciated the opportunity to recycle our rubbish- this is often not available in holiday properties. We manage to park in the narrow street or round the corner, but most spaces are allocated for those with resident's permits- however, the Station Car Park is 5 minutes walk away. Tenby is a great place to visit- amazing views, fantastic beaches.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at Ty Cwtch - it's a beautiful house, which has very comfortable furnishings and everything you could possibly need for a sea-side holiday, including a lovely two-tiered outdoor seating area."

Tenby is also a great town to explore, and close to so much else in Pembrokeshire. Just two things to be aware of: - depending on who's staying in the adjacent properties in the row of terraced houses (some of which are also let as holiday homes) it can be quite noisy. We were kept awake by music and a nearby dog during our stay; - there's only one toilet, which might not work for your group.

  • "This is a great house, exceptionally clean, modern and an ideal location."

We really loved Tenby. There was only one mirror upstairs which wasn’t great especially having grown up children with us.There isn’t an iron or board which as the property advertises a washing machine it seemed strange not to have these. Apart from those small faults I would definitely stay in the property again.

Hi, We are pleased you had a great time at Ty Cwtch and would return again. Thank you for your feedback which we have taken into account and we will make a mirror available in the main bedroom and ironing facilities available very soon. Thanks again. Paul Property Owner

  • "We had the best time in Tenby."

It is the perfect seaside town. The holiday house was lovely and provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It is ideally located a little from the bustling town but near enough that you are very much part of everything. One small note is the lack of mirrors. It would be useful to have a mirror in the double bedroom next to a plug socket for ladies to use hair dryers/make up application etc. But it wasn’t a big problem, I ordered a mirror on Amazon

Hi, we are so pleased you had a great time at the house and in Tenby. Thank you for your feedback, we have taken this into account and will be providing another mirror and some ironing facilities very soon. all the best, Paul Property Owner

Very clean, comfy with modern touches. We loved the garden and the bifold doors, Netflix and the music speaker. The beds were especially comfy with spotless linen. Managed to park outside the door most days and it’s so easy to walk to the beaches and shops. Tenby is beautiful as are surrounding areas. Thank you for the kind welcome pack and for a lovely stay.
