"A very comfortable, nicely furnished cottage with everything we needed and lots of extras."
It is in a lovely location in St David’s for coastal footpaths, beaches, local shops, cafes and pubs!
Many thanks for your review. What you have said is how we as a family feel about the house and it’s position in the City. So pleased it met with what you wanted and made it enjoyable for you all. Thank you. Simon Property Owner

"The property was fantastic, parking cost us £60 for 2 cars for the week"
Hi. So Very Pleased you liked Ty Len. As for the parking cost for two cars we have never paid that amount in 38 years though I do agree if you park at the top of St David’s the cost adds up. So sorry if you had no other choice. But we normally park in the road behind Ty Len but in peak season can be difficult. So the alternative is down from Ty Len and around 3 corners on the road to the life boat station. 2 minutes walk back. Yes not perfect but the location of the house is perfect for walking to all that St David’s has to offer including the fabulous coastal walks just 5 minutes walk away. Many thanks for your review it always helps everyone.Hopefully we will see you again. Simon. Property Owner

"A delightful property."
We'll equipped and pleasantly decorated. The garden was an added bonus. The extra supplies on arrival were very thoughtful. The only difficulty was the unloading bay opposite always had 2 cars parked on it, but we managed!
Very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Ty Len. As always I am always looking at keeping up the standard from year to year and hopefully improving. Hopefully we will see you again. Simon Property Owner

"Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce logement qui était très propre et très bien équipé."
La maison et son jardin sont confortables et absolument charmants. Idéalement situé dans St David's, mais avec comme contrepartie des difficultés pour se garer, les places gratuites étant plutôt rares.

"The property is fantastic."
The little extra the host left us were really nice touch. Property was clean and tidy, nice garden. Everything you would need. Parking could be a little difficult but we managed to find somewhere each day My only feedback point would be to fix the gutter above the front door got wet through trying to unlock door as water poured down when raining. Had been raised in cleaners book a few times since April.
Hi. Many thanks for your feedback it really helps. Pleased you liked the house and garden. As always I try to improve and keep the house up to a standard that I think my guests would expect. So with the opportunity to stay at Ty Len myself this week I have been able to check out any problems. Number one the gap in the gutter over the front door. Why this happened is not clear. But now sorted. So sorry for the inconvenience this caused. The other item was the oven seal. Again being a new oven should not of happened. But new part ordered. Many thanks again and hope you will return to Ty Len in the future. Simon Property Owner

"The cottage was well appointed to access St David's and the Cathedral."
The kitchen was really well equipt with everything you may need. Milk and butter in the fridge and tea and coffee were particularly welcome. The cottage was warm and comfortable too. There was a steep set up steps to the main garden at the back that could have done with a safety rail but other that that it was again well equipt with a large table and chairs a sun umbrella and a large BBQ. The bedrooms were large and airy with comfortable beds and there were 2 fully equipt bathrooms. We would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Many thanks for your review. Pleased that you enjoyed the house and garden and all that it offers. Regarding the steps and a hand rail is on the list to do this Autumn. Many thanks for your recommendation. Simon Property Owner

"Nice cottage, great location and would definitely stay there again!"

"Property was lovely, tastefully furnished and well appointed."
There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. Garden could benefit from a little more attention, just to clear paths and give a little more space. But it was full of birds. Only drawback to this property is lack of parking, which was hit and miss on busy days and loading/unloading a bit tricky.
Hi. Pleased you liked the house overall. Yes I have had a problem with the garden for a couple of weeks but this has now been and still being resolved. As from Saturday 8th of June. So my apologies for it not being up to my normal standard. As for the Parking not much I can do ! There is a loading and unloading bay opposite the house and we would then park in the parallel road behind the house or down the hill and around the corner. Both spots just a couple of minutes walk. Many thanks for your review. It always helps me and future guests. Thank you Simon Property Owner

"This is a lovely cottage."
We instantly felt at home. Comfortable and clean, and with everything you could possibly need to use. Although the fires could be lit, and there were instructions as to how to do it, we didn’t like to light it, so we were a little cold at times, although the radiators were on.
Many thanks for the review. So pleased that you enjoyed your stay. I very much appreciate hearing what people have to say about the house and St David’s. Thank you again and hopefully we will see you again at Ty Len. Simon. Property Owner

"A charming comfortable cottage."
Really couldn’t fault it, for us it suited us perfectly. We were walking every day so the cottage provided a warm welcome on our return. So nice to have a bath as well as a shower, essential to my mind! Two bathrooms as well. Beds were comfy and everywhere was lovely and clean too. The kitchen very well equipped, we cooked every day and really enjoyed the space of the kitchen and dining room area with the log burner. Great place to stay!
Many thanks for the review. So very pleased that you enjoyed the house and St David’s. Many thanks. Simon Property Owner
