  • "Comfortable and very well equipped apartment in a great location."

The owner was very helpful in dealing with a minor query. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I am pleased you had a great week and it was lovely to meet you on your departure. Property Owner

  • "A lovely, bright and spotlessly clean apartment in a great location."

The nearest lift being out of order for the first few days was a inconvenience but did not detract from our enjoyment.

I’m so pleased you enjoyed your stay and that the lift was fixed. I am delighted you have booked to come again. Thank you Property Owner

  • "Major problem on arrival as the lift had a notice saying "Out of Order"."

I had to make several trips up 5 floors with our luggage, food and stuff which was exhausting. The next day when I had recovered from the ordeal, I rang Sykes who came back to me to say to use the lift in the adjacent building called Goscar and then use the rear fire escape landing. Our joining instructions said not to use the Goscar entrance, but I believe these will now be changed to assist future holidaymakers. Lift still out of order when we left; talking to residents it has been out of order for a few weeks waiting for new parts to be manufactured and has been troublesome all summer. The apartment and its location are excellent with our holiday only spoilt by the lift fiasco.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry about the problems encountered on your arrival as a result of the lift being out of order. The arrival instructions have been updated for all future bookings, to include alternative directions in the event the lift is out of service. Property Owner

  • "The property was great and would definitely stay again."

Not sure if this has been fed back to you previously? The step out of the shower could do with a hand rail to assist people stepping out of the shower. My brother in law has a hip issue and found it awkward, and apart from that, the stay was excellent

Thank you very much for the feedback. This hasn’t been mentioned before but I can see how it would be an issue and will look to install a grab rail. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

  • "First night the bathroom flooded as no one had cleaned the shower drain out as it was full off hair and dirt ."

Couldn’t afford to pay someone to come out so we had to do it ourselves. Cleaners hadn’t cleaned it

I am so sorry to hear this and will take it up with the cleaners immediately. Please accept my apologies and I do hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable, Property Owner

  • "Croft Court has scaffolding up."

Builders everywhere with mess etc. A cement machine noise all day and builders radios. This was not the peaceful four days we were promised. Having said that the flat inside was very good, clean and very well equipped. We do not think the flat should have been rented when the renovation work was being carried out. I await your response, I have photos to prove my comments.

Thank you for your kind comments about the flat. I am sorry to hear that you experienced some noise disruption during your stay. The work on another building at Croft Court was scheduled to be completed before your arrival. Unfortunately, due to extremely wet and windy conditions this winter, the work has overrun and should be completed within the next week or so. I did not stop letting the property during the works as we had not experienced or received previous reports of nuisance. Apologies for any inconvenience. Property Owner

  • "We were the first people to stay at this property and what an outstanding apartment, everything was perfect."

The apartment was tastefully decorated in lovely neutral colours, the beds were comfortable, the cooker was easy to use, the view of the bay was fab. A big bonus in Tenby is parking and it was great to take the car out and not worrying about looking for a parking space when you return. We have stayed in Tenby on and off for about 30 years and this property is the best. Thanks to Angharad the owner who we met on arrival.

Thank you for the lovely feedback. I am pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you again in the future. Property Owner
