Road outside was a bit noisy in the morning (mainly from bin lorries)

"Great apartment, perfectly placed close to all the shops with fabulous views, it was lovely to sit at the table watching all the activity at the beach and harbour."
The beds are very comfortable, nice shower, plenty of hot water, plenty of room with comfortable couches, bigger than it looks on the photos, everything you could need provided. We loved it!

"This was one of the worse stays I have ever had, you don’t expect to go into a property that had the cleanliness issues we encountered, health and safety concerns of a lounge heavy door."
After asking to strip the beds finding 2 yellow heavily stained pillows and yellow stains on the duvet. I would not recommend Aprtartment 3 or Skyescottages to anyone. What more can I say. Poor experience at best

"Huw the owner is a very nice guy and accommodating."
On the whole the flat is in a great place for walks on the beaches with the dog (pre accessibility limits) and the views are fantastic. I don’t want to be picky, however, there are a few issues with the flat, 1/ living room door, the bottom hinge is not fixed to the frame and can’t be closed. 2/ the carpet in the living room needs to be fixed down. 3/ the living room windows need to be looked at so they can be opened without difficulty. 4/ the bedrooms have an issue with noise from outside, now it’s not the fault of the owner (they have no influence on it) but if secondary glassing was fitted it would reduce the noise. 5/ there is no control over the central heating and you can’t turn it off. 6/ the dining chairs need to be cleaned (stained). 7/ the shower head is too big and this affects the pressure (bit like being in a light rain). These issues can be fixed simply.

"Fabulous apartment & location."
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would suggest is doing something about the shower. Impossible to have a shower without getting your hair wet but not enough water pressure to actually wash your hair or anything else.

"We stayed for a week, and we never got tired of the magnificent view or the incredible location, Huw is such a great guy, gave us lots of info and advice for the area, there are televisions in both bedrooms which is a major plus for us."
Tenby itself is a gem, the people are so friendly, and if you are dog lovers, you are exceptionally catered for, Vista cafe downstairs is a must! The best coffee ever! We paid for a weeks parking at the multi storey next to Sainsbury's, a small 5 mins walk away and at this time of year was only £15 and you could come and go as you please. We are looking forward to returning!

"Absolutely lovely stay!"
Huw was brilliant, couldn’t do enough. The apartment was a lot bigger than expected! Pictures don’t do it justice. The views were insane, watching the tide come in whilst having tea and watching the sun rise over the harbour at breakfast was mesmerising. Owner was Very accommodating too, turning the heating up for us. Tenby itself is always beautiful! Will definitely be booking again!

The views from the lounge window are probably one of the best in town. Landlord was very friendly and helpful when greeting us, answered any queries we had. Would stay again.

"Huw is a wonderful friendly host."
We found the house to be super warm and comfortable. The view is fabulous and it’s a great start to the day having breakfast sat there.
If you are concerned about the cafe below don’t be. There is a slight buzz of chatter however it did not bother us in the slightest. The cafe shuts at 5pm so there is absolutely no issue of being kept awake by it.
We will most definitely return. Thank you Huw

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Perfect spot with the beach views and town behind us. Will defo be booking again. The owner was very welcoming and a lovely guy! You won’t be disappointed!

"We have stayed in a few Sykes properties and this is the first to disappoint."
The shower, toilet and carpets were dirty. One of the double beds was broken and the centre was supported by an up turned galvanised bucket.
There was a fancy coffee machine in the kitchen - I would rather have had a small sharp knife, a whisk and a flat frying pan that made contact with the hob! The view from the apartment saves it, but generally the place looks shabby and needs attention.

The views from the first-floor apartment are unbeatable, a view you would never tire of. The apartment is right in the middle of Tenby so everything is within walking distance. The one niggle would be the shower which looks the part but is a bit if a letdown.
We would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartments are clean and spacious with everything you'd need, oh and did I mention the view!! It could rain all day and you could easily spend the day sat in the window - it wouldn't be a wasted day!

"Huw and his property we both fantastic."
The location, facilities and the fact a great café was below made it ideal for our family. Only better if, is having such a fantastic view from the window warrants better chairs around the table. They really were uncomfortable, which is the only thing we would change.

"We loved this apt , the location was stunning but we found it rather draughty from the secondary glazed windows so when the heating went off it got very cold especially at night ."
The view was amazing but because of the windows and secondary glazing it’s not a clear view . We also felt it was rather noisy from the cafe below and one evening there was a very heated argument there which made us nervous as it was all joined together by a series of doors. The apt was lovely and comfortable but Definately needs a woman’s touch esp the drawers and things in the kitchen , I think it was cleaner when I left than when I arrived . Loved the location and size and lovely comfortable sofas but not the decor , all far too dark and gloomy Fira seaside apt , lighten it up!

"We loved the flat and the view was really amazing."
There were a couple of points which were not so great, mainly that the secondary glazing was not effective so there was constant cold air coming through the bay window. This made the flat quite cold, specially as the heating went off for a large part of the day. I think this is not really acceptable in November for a holiday let. The flat was also quite noisy as there was a party upstairs who came home quite late and made quite a lot of noise on the Friday night. This was not a major issue, but may also relate to slightly inadequate sealing of windows, etc. The location and setting of the flat are really exceptional and did make up for these slight inconveniences.
