"My wife and I stayed a week in early September."
The location is perfect - just off a side street (so very quiet) and 2 min walk to centre of Tenby and the beach. The parking spot was fine for our small car and easy to manoeuvre despite the tightness of the car park. The apartment was overall good, with a good quality bed and bedding and clean. We did find the tiny mugs, bowls and towels comical so purchased new ones for our stay! We were lucky we picked a sunny week but despite this it is not the warmest of flats so we did have to use the heaters at times. The TV is smart but the remote doesn't work very well (not batteries as tried new ones). It was just the two of us but we would also recommended for a family of four (with a small car).
Sea Drift is surrounded by beaches, Cosy cafes , Independent and Boutique shops it is all about location . Situated within TENBY TOWN WALLS with underground secure gated car park is a huge bonus. I will look to purchase large mugs .In our advert it does state we do not provide beach towels. We leave out Bath towels and hand towels. Pleased the weather was gorgeous on your weeks holiday . Thank you for choosing Sea Drift . Property Owner

"Had a great time staying at Sea Drift."
The property is ideally situated in the centre of Tenby and having its own parking space is a definite bonus. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and really enjoyed our week.
Thank you for booking Sea Drift , I am so pleased you enjoyed your holiday and was happy with how central the apartment is situated. Yes definitely a bonus with the sercure allocated parking bay. Property Owner

"The location of the apartment is excellent, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable."
The kitchen and bathroom are worn and need an upgrade. Kitchen generally well stocked though. Hot water situation very difficult especially with chicken. You need to remember to boost the emersion and the hot water comes out as a trickle. Takes at least half an hour to run a bath for each child and not enough hot water supply to run multiple baths for multiple children. Takes a good 5 mins to run enough water for washing up. Television/ remote for TV are faulty so navigating the menu and using it very difficult. Parking was a complete nightmare. The spaces are too small for the average size car especially when you consider the apartments are advertised for 5 people, so no one is going to be bringing a tiny vehicle. I was blocked in by another resident for a large part of my stay so couldn’t leave Tenby, which was very frustrating. I wouldn’t return to this apartment block or recommend this accommodation because of the parking issues and lack of on-demand hot water.
I am saddened to read your review and scoring. All twelve apartments have low pressure hot water, which has been worked on several times. All twelve apartments have the same area parking bay with difficult pillars to manovre around , I am just thankful no2 bay is straight in line with the entrance, and of course it is a bonus to be able to park within Tenby Town Walls. I will check over the TV remote , may need a battery change . The kitchen got all new electrical whites appliances , the only one in the block to have dishwasher, washing / dryer machine. Sorry you will not holiday at St Mary's Court in the future. Property Owner

"We had a great stay in Tenby."
The holiday home was in an excellent location for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children, with the beaches, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The car parking space is tight when there are large cars parked at either side but we managed it ok with a skoda octavia (one occasion having to get out the back door) and it is the best space in the car park. Would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

"Great location from which to enjoy everything that Tenby has to offer."
Everything is just a short walk away. Parking is very tight, but we were lucky in that the adjacent space was not used, after the first day, while we were there The property is furnished with everything needed, and the supply of a small amount of essential supplies for cleaning, washing was much appreciated. My only negative is that I found all the pillows a bit lumpy, and I tried them all!
So pleased you enjoyed the location of Sea Drift set within the town walls and you had restaurants ,shops and beaches on the door step. We are so privileged to have the underground car park especially during pedestrianisation 1st July to mid September. We are one of very few with a permit pass due to the underground car park. When the car park is full and tight I recommend that guests park at the multistorey long stay car park at Sainsbury. All the pillows at Sea Drift are DORMA which were high end of the pricing , I will definitely be looking into this . Thank you once again . Property Owner

"We had a fantastic time at Sea Drift – it truly was home from home, and I wished we could have stayed for the whole summer."
The whole flat was spotlessly clean, and the owner Marilyn went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The flat is in an excellent location on a quiet street of residential properties, and you can see the beautiful sea from the flat - A few minutes’ walk, and you are on Tenby’s gorgeous beach, or a few minutes walk in the other direction and you are in the middle of Tenby shops and restaurants. The beds are so comfortable with all bedding and towels provided and the whole flat was decorated so tastefully. Secure parking in underground car park with allocated space was so easy as we didn’t have to worry about trying to find a car parking space. I cannot think of anything that could be improved - everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful stay is included. I would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again.
Thank you for choosing SEA DRIFT . I am delighted you enjoyed your Spring Time stay it Tenby , the location of the ground floor apartment is in a ideal location for everything. Property Owner

"Fantastic location down a quiet street that you wouldn’t know was in the heart of Tenby."
Handy to have a parking space and, as someone else mentioned, it was great that all the little extras were there. I would definitely book this apartment again.

"I would highly recommend this property."
Perfectly located, everything you want is in a short walking distance whether that is the beach or the shops. The property consists of two bedrooms both with a really comfortable double bed and one also has a single bed. There is a lounge space with TV offering NETFLIX and Amazon Prime ( you don’t need to log in to your own account) and a kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. What I really appreciated was that all the little items you end up buying when you arrive for a week’s holiday - such as washing up liquid, loo rolls and bin bags - are all provided. Secure parking underneath the apartment is a real bonus.
Thank you so much for your honest thoughts on Sea Drift , I am delighted you had a wonderful holiday . Property Owner

"Unfortunately there was a lot of work going on outside the building which we had been told about, although not to the extent that it was happening."
Also there was a lot of work going on in the flat next door, which involved them taking tiled off the wall apparently, which felt like they were going to come through the wall and was extremely noisy, so much so that we had to go out as it was unbearable. This is obviously not something within the control of the owner. We were offered alternative accommodation, but only one offered was within Tenby and when we looked at the reviews, there were comments about noise, so there was no point moving. Everything else offered was in the middle of nowhere! Parking is a real issue with this property, we only have a medium sized car, but if there had been cars either side, we would not have got into the gap. You really need to check this out before you book I feel. There is only carpet in the bedroom and the rest of the floor are freezing cold, well they are in March! So you need to take your slippers or socks with you. The shower is also a bit strange as it is tucked into a corner, which makes it difficult to access the shower if you just want to wash your hair over the bath, I gave up in the end, as it was too difficult. It is a nice little flat and perfectly placed in Tenby, but I am not sure that we would go back.
Sea Drift is in a complex situated inside Tenby Town walls, prime location for shops, restaurants and beaches . The underground car park has twelve allocated bays, which out of season is no problem; plenty of space. In high season, it is more difficult if you have a large car, although Sea Drift's allocated bay is no 2 which runs parallel with the car park gates, easy to drive or reverse straight into the bay. There is NO parking at all within Tenby Town walls so we are therefore extremely lucky to have this space. Carpet was put down in the bedrooms for comfort. The hallway and lounge is fitted with LVT wood flooring which is excellent to wash through when sand is taken in off the beach . The shower is placed in the bath which gives visitors the best of both; if they have children and coming in off the beach, it is ideal to shower them down in the bath; it may not satisfy everyone's needs. Please read section 3.10 ofthe booking conditions regarding noise and neighbours. (so unfortunate the apartment next door no 1 was renovating their bathroom) this complex is located in St Marys Street and it is such a PEACEFUL AREA. The complex was being painted outside which was held up in March due to the appalling weather which was totally out of my control. ALL PAINTING WORK IS FINISHED and the apartments look fabulous, so clean and bright. Maybe in the future a cottage in the country would be more suitable for you. Marilyn. Property Owner

"We would book again when we next visit Tenby."
Ideally situated in the centre for the beach, restaurant's and pubs. Sea Drift is one of the best apartments we have stayed in.
-
"Fantastic stay in Sea Drift, just far enough out of the way to be quiet but still in the centre of town."
Only thing that stops me giving it a top rating is the parking and lack of private outside space. You can be set up on the beach in less than 10 minutes from leaving the door, or in a restaurant / bar in five (Harbwr's outside bar being our favourite). The parking is very tight, but what do you expect from being so close to the centre of things. I couldn't get into my car after parking it (I was first in), so either get friendly with your parking neighbours or forget about the car and stay in Tenby or jump on the train. Definitely recommend.
-
"Lovely little place so handy for beach and town."
Tenby is lovely place to stay. Clean town and beaches. An oven glove might be helpful in the kitchen and small sharp knife for cutting vegetables. Note. White outside lights from opposite properties kept coming on unfortunately as we went to bed 10.30-11.00. Not sure if anything you can do here though. Parking was very tricky as two larger cars next to ours. Had to drive into space so could climb out through the boot otherwise would not got in or out of the car. However we didn't need to move until last day. This could be an issue if other residents not about and we needed to move car for day trip out.

"Lovely accommodation close to shops, restaurants and beach"
-
"Lovely appartment well equipped and very comfortable, close to seafront and all facilities."
We had forgotten how nice Tenby is, and peaceful this time of year.
-
"Seadrift is without doubt one of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in."
The location is superb, the decor and furnishings are excellent and it has everything that you could want for a first class stay. The apartment is presented to a very high standard of cleanliness and in these difficult times the selection of hygiene products is much appreciated. This was our third stay and it definitely won't be our last. Cannot recommend Seadrift highly enough. Thanks to the owner for providing another highly enjoyable and relaxing stay
-
"Such a lovely spacious flat."
Car space is a real bonus. We used the car once throughout our stay. Beach within mins as is the centre of Tenby. Will deffo be back - thank you Marilyn
-
"Had a very comfortable week at Sea Drift."
Great apartment, excellent location, great facilities and would definitely return.
-
"Sea Drift is lovely clean apartment, nicely decorated, in a great position near the town and the beach, with car parking and nice comfy beds."
We had a great stay there.
-
"The communication from and with Marilyn was excellent."
When we needed an airer during the week she responded quickly and came up with a great solution.
-
"We've just come back from a fabulous stay in glorious Tenby (well it was sunny while we were there)."
There is plenty to do around Tenby with a highlight being the Seal Safari boat trip. The apartment is 50 yards from the steps down to Castle beach which meant we could go for evening strolls on the beach, a bit of beach cricket and the odd dip in sea. The apartment was scrupulously clean, so thank you. We were left with plenty of household supplies. We appreciated the washer, drier. The apartment is not the largest, but it was fine for 5 people and being modern and compact did mean we could keep it clean. Tenby is good for benches, sitting watching the sea. As previous people have mentioned, the parking space is narrow if you have a large car. I would advise checking with the owner if you have a big car, plus we checked the height as we have a top box. We were fine with a Citroen Picasso. The communication with the owner was excellent.
-
"The apartment was beautifully and ideally located within Tenby."
The parking space was brilliant.
-
"We had a wonderful holiday in Tenby."
The apartment was close to the shops and the beach. It had great facilities and was very comfortable. We were aware the parking was going to be tight beforehand, and it is, however we were grateful to have an allocated space because it was busy in the public car parks. We would definitely recommend to others.
-
"We had a lovely holiday at the Sea Drift in Tenby which is in prime location."
Communications with the owner were excellent regarding arrival and departure and would recommend. The added bonus is designated off road car parking albeit a tight squeeze for a large car.
-
"Situated in the heart of the town meant that all that Tenby has to offer is no more than a three minute walk away."
The flat was clean, comfortable and well presented. No noise could be heard from the town at night. It was easy to relax and unwind at this location. I would book this property again. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful.
-
"The location was great."
Very near beach and shops. The flat is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and it was nice to have Welsh cakes and Prosecco on arrival. We very much enjoyed our stay. The outside space is limited and not private and the parking space very tight although we were given helpful hints on how to negotiate it! The hot water takes a long time to heat and is very slow running so it takes ages to run a bath.
-
"We throughly enjoyed Sea Drift."
The property was excellently kept & very clean. The position was ideal being central to town facilities & just minutes walk to the beaches. It’s own secure parking slot is a big plus. Directions on how to approach the property were spot on. Just two ideas to add to the property are a full length mirror & a non slip bath mat. Thanks very much for our opportunity to rent this lovely Sea Drift property.
-
"Sea Drift is an excellent property in an excellent location."
The property is well equipped, bright and spacious. Literally two minutes from the sea and all the delights of Tenby town centre. A secure parking spot is provided which is great if a little tight when getting out of the doors. The property was spotless on arrival and fully prepared for Covid. Excellent communication throughout and useful details to navigate through Tenby to the property. Would definitely book again for our next trip to Tenby.
-
"The comfort, standard of furniture & fittings, level of equipment and the location of Sea Drift are all excellent."
We will definitely be staying here again
-
"The accommodation was clean and location was perfect."
Marilyn was very helpful in explaining the best way to drive into the town and park in the parking bay. We were lucky with the weather and had a super week at the sea Drift.
-
"Gorgeous apartment - great location."
The level of cleanliness was brilliant. Owners fully prepared for COVID-19, will definitely stay there again
-
"We had a great week staying here, not only was Sea Drift comfortable and a great place to stay."
My 2 year old was able to walk to the beach and the shops easily without the need of a pushchair because it was all so close. Great stay and would stay there again.
-
"Lovely and quiet, parking is a bit tight if you gave a large car, sky TV crashes a lot signal wasn't great."
Other than that you are close to the beach , shops and restaurants are all pretty much on your door step and we had a wonderful time.
-
"This apartment is ideally situated in Tenby - close to all the beaches, the cafes and shops."
Modern, clean and light, with parking in an basement carpark - tho the carpark spaces were very tight. Comfy beds, excellent bathroom, good kitchen and comfy chairs - when the sun streamed in it was really lovely.
-
"The apartment was exceptional."
Clean and comfortable with some lovely personal touches that really made it stand out as a destination for a family holiday. The location is fabulous for Tenby, 2 minutes from the beach and from the town but lovely and quiet in the evenings. The contact from the owner was really good and we had all the information that we needed ahead of arrival. We had a fantastic week and wouldn’t hesitate to book the same accommodation when we go back to Tenby.
-
"We had a lovely stay in Sea Drift."
It was ideally located for the beach and the town, as they were both just a couple of minutes walk away with easy access from the front of the apartment. The reserved parking bay in the basement car park was probably the best position in the car park as it was directly in line with entrance gates. The parking bays are narrow, we had a Ford Focus estate which fitted in the bay but was a bit of a squeeze getting out the door when cars are parked either side. The apartment was welcoming and comfortable, as well as being thoroughly cleaned. It was also extremely well equipped. We would definitely recommend staying here and would look to stay here again in the future!

"Marilyn's apartment made for the most comfortable and relaxing break."
It was perfect and we've booked to return in the spring. It's a stone's throw from the beach and The Buccaneer Inn with its own brewery - our favourite out of season haunt. The apartment is homely, spotless and cosy and has the bonus of a parking bay. And tenby is charming with its harbour, beaches, walls and history, and ideal for exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline. So looking forward to our next visit.
-
"We were welcomed with an array of extras we don’t always get, fresh coffee, milk, soft drinks and welsh cakes to mention a few."
Most of the items in the apartment were new and fresh towels in abundance we couldn’t have asked for anything else.
-
"Sea drift apartment had the wow factor as soon as we walked in we could see how clean and well set up it was The location was perfect for us near the sea and five minutes walk into town Marilyn the host left us tea and biscuits just what we needed after a four hour drive."
We loved our stay and will definitely be using sea drift again
-
"The accommodation was very welcoming and in a prime location."
We will definitely use again. If I was to be picky somewhere to do hair and makeup would have been very welcome in the master bedroom, other than that the apartment was well equipped with everything you could need.
-
"Sea Drift was a lovely apartment, central to the sea and shops."
Everything was thought through from the basic essential to the comfy beds. We cannot think of anything that was not there. Modern throughout. It’s own parking space was appreciated. I would recommend this apartment definitely a 5*
-
"We really enjoyed our first visit to Tenby and the surrounding area."
Staying at Sea Drift added to our holiday as it's recent renovation has been finished to a fantastic standard, very comfortable with everything you will need. The location is in a quiet area and yet so close to the beach, restaurants etc. Secure parking a bonus too. We would easily recommend Sea Drift for a stay in Tenby.
