  • "Lovely scenary and the caravan was wonderfully comfortable with all the ammenities."

We thought the hot tub struggled to get above 36 C so it led to it feeling a little cold at times. Otherwise had a wonderful time.

Thanks Thomas for your review, difficult to understand your ratings in context with your comments. “Comfortable with all amenities, yet Facilities 50% for example. Happy to discuss with you so we can better understand how to pivot. As you likely noticed, the hot tub is powered by a heat pump, getting 36 degrees is quite an achievement given the low ambient temperatures, and the duration it was in use. Hot tubs struggle to retain heat when the lid is off and only achieve higher temperature’s of heating with the lid on. Retention of the heat afterwards is for a short period of time only after the lid is removed. Property Owner
