Reviews

1 Customer Review

  • "Upon arrival, there was no hot water, no heating and a hot tub that had been left open."

It was full of debris from surrounding trees. After contacting the owner we were advised there was a sieve we could use to scoop it out. It had also not been turned on. The oven was not screwed into the unit and there was no power going to it. After complaining to the owner several times we were told to leave in the morning. Not a professional host in my opinion. Would not recommend staying at any of his properties.

Unsure as to why we received this negative review The property you booked was pristine and no one had stayed in this property before you except for my family to test it before it went for rent House keeping and I were in the property on the Thursday where they had used hot water and I personally checked the hot tub The cooker had not been turned on at the switch as it works from a separate feed, you may not have seen this at 12.30am when you contacted me again for the 5th time Property Owner
