"Water temperature in attic shower didn’t warm up ."
Generally really beautiful property with fantastic views .

"Great house location and view."
Sandwiched between two houses with barking dogs. Frustrating kitchen not designed for more than one person at a time. Drawers within drawers always a bad idea. Top floor shower mixer doesnt work. First floor shower clamp held in one annoying position with sellotape.
The shower clamp had to be ordered and unfortunately a temporary repair was put in place whilst we waited for the new part which is now fitted. The dogs next door are never there this was a one off. We do apologise for any nuisance caused by them. There is only one cutlery drawer within a large utensil drawer it’s the kitchen design The dogs at number 8 are not there usually and this was a one off . Property Owner

"10, Church Walk, Aldeburgh The house is very comfortable and well equipped."
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future. A few suggestions to make things easier. 1, A hand-rail on the basement stairs to make it safer. 2, Better instructions on use of the TV to access all services. 3,Instructions on the use of the oven? Unfortunately, a major water leak in the town prevented us setting off the dishwasher on our last day. Michelle(?), former housekeeper was very helpful but requested Best of Suffolk remove her name and put in a new name in the booklet.

"Although, booked at very short notice, we had a wonderful Christmas stay at 10 Church Walk."
For a family of five, the property catered for all our needs. The kitchen was a delight to cook in; spacious, with a breakfast bar and big dining area. The view from the rear of the property is beautiful; panoramic sea views and stunning sunrises. Yes, as previously mentioned by other guests, the small garden needs a bit of landscaping and a tidy up; however, that didn't detract from the quality of our stay. Despite being very close to the high street, the property is located in a very peaceful place, with little in the way of noise from anywhere. Additionally, the property was spotlessly clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

"An excellent family property."
A home from home.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. It is always great to hear how much our guests have enjoyed staying at 10 Church Walk, and its incredible location next to Aldeburghs bustling high street and a stones throw from the beach! We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future. Property Owner

"This is an expensive property (and we have rented lots through you guys!"
) We were disappointed to see the garden hadn’t been touched which we didn’t expect of such a quality property. Beach towels would have been a nice touch. Overall a cracking pad but lacked the finishing touches for the price point
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and as such we have ordered brand new garden furniture, and have plans to renovate the outdoor space to be easir to maintain year-round. We are also planning on giving the interior a refresh ready for next season, and ordering some brand new items to refresh the property inventory also. We hope that we can welcome you back to 10 Church Walk in the future so you can enjoy it in all its glory, while looking out over the Aldeburgh coastline. Property Owner

"I have stayed in 10 Church Walk each year since you first added it to your portfolio ."
You can tell from that that I like it very much . But this year the crockery , glasses and cutlery needs attending to - and building back to the numbers they originally were and should be for a property marketed for 6 adults . One of the chairs in the front garden is rusted through and needs replacing ; two of the chairs on the terrace overlooking the sea also need replacing . The garden needs some proper maintenance . And the temperature of the water in the second floor bedroom ensuite shower this year was way too cold . It is a very lovely property but requires some careful attention / management to bring it back to the quality condition it was originally in . It is overpriced for its current condition - and is not providing value for money . I shall not return in 2024 unless I am assured that these items have been put right .
Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear how much you have enjoyed the property, and appreciate you bringing the furniture and crockery to our attention. New garden furniture is on the way and we will be refreshing the kitchen inventory. We are planning multiple areas of work once the property is available to ensure 10 Church Walk is presented at its usual high standard. We hope to welcome you back again in the future! Property Owner

"We enjoyed visiting this fantastic property with its fantastic sea views once again."
The only negative however is that building work noise started on the roof on the house directly in front of the garden at 9am on Monday morning until late afternoon, making it impossible to be in the garden on our last day. This was particularly annoying as we were only there for 3 days, and we choose this house partly because we enjoy relaxing in the lovely garden. We were also here November last year, and there was noise coming from the same house then, so we presumed it would all be finished by May ! Unfortunately, we've had building work noise from the surrounding houses to this property 3 times out of our 4 visits here. It would therefore be useful if the owners could mention any ongoing work on their property website. Also, the upstairs ensuite shower is still luke warm at best with low pressure.
