  • "Stunning location - magnificent sea view and walking distance to high street shops, pubs and restaurants."

Easy on-street parking. Kitchen and dining room rather tired. Crockery and cutlery/utensils not clean. Door handle fell off ground floor cloakroom door with guest nearly locked inside. No chairs in bedrooms for clothes - main bedroom needed chest of draws. Top floor main bedroom/en-suite carpet badly needed cleaning/replacement - carpet in en-suite surely not a good idea. Basin taps in en-suite were not mixers. Could not get the front door deadlock to work properly - needs maintenance/replacement.

  • "The location of the property is superb and whilst there was only three adults and two children in our party we could see how, with the size and layout of the property, a larger group would be very comfortable."

The Crag Path proved very enjoyable for the grandchildren riding their bikes every day and it felt safe. We had two cars and were pleasantly surprised that parking alongside property was never a problem. This is a beautiful home in a fabulous location and we felt lucky to have experienced all it had to offer. We will return as Aldeburgh and Thorpness are two of our favourite destinations of all time. Staying at 42 Crag Path made it all the more memorable. Suffice to say we didn't want to leave.
