  • "A fabulous few days in a lovely flat in a great location with a lovely sea view."

Having our breakfast on the balcony was such a treat. The owners have gone out of their way to make everything just right - don't change a thing. The only complaint is that our stay was too short.

Thank you. It is our holiday home and we agree. All we can add is that the balcony is also recommended for enjoying beautiful sun rises and much needed sundowners! Property Owner

  • "Excellent property in which we spent a most relaxing week."

Wonderful sea view (including from large balcony). Everything that Aldeburgh has to offer is on your doorstep.

Thank you for your lovely comments. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay in Crabbe House. Our balcony has proved very popular and also, as you mentioned, the proximity to the Aldeburgh shops and restaurants. Property Owner

  • "Another delightful stay at Crabbe House, our 5th!"

It really is home from home, we especially like the lounge with the beautiful views to the sea, sitting on the balcony having breakfast and the stunning kitchen. We love it and hope to be back next year.

Thank you so much for coming to stay and enjoying our holiday home as we do. Property Owner

  • "We loved the apartment, really spacious and a good view of the sea from the living room."

TV and WiFi were excellent and lovely comfortable settees. Everything you could possibly need was there and it was very clean. The bath was a bit of a shock to my friend as it was very deep the top of it being floor height but short, obviously necessary for the space available. She felt it necessary to sit on the toilet first to enter it for safety. However, we loved the proximity to the restaurants and the town of Aldeburgh. We found parking near Moot House so this was convenient. Thank you for letting us have your apartment.

Thank you for such wonderful comments. Apologies for the bath but Aldeburgh cottages do tend to have the odd quirk. However there is a useful handle on the wall, but all hail the dual purpose loo! Property Owner

  • "Coys flat with sea view, warm and well equiped, What should be mentioned, that almost every room, including bathrooms are on different levels, so lots of steps, which is difficult for people with walking impairement."

Onb the high street with shops in easy reach

We are sorry the stairs were a bit of an inconvenience. We do go out of our way to mention them in our description for those who cannot take them. We find once up the main flight of ten or so steps they are not too bad AND without the stairs we all would not be able to enjoy the fantastic view which we love so much. Property Owner

  • "Our 4th year and yet again it didn’t disappoint!"

Just love this flat – the lounge with sea views and the kitchen- it feels home from home. The balcony is a bonus, we enjoyed breakfast in the sun.

The flat is in a great location. So lovely to have sea views and a balcony. The close proximity to the boating lake was ideal for the kids!

  • "The property & location - not to mention the view!"

    - are close to perfection.

We are so pleased you enjoyed staying in Crabbe House. It is our holiday home and we have tried to equip it to the same level as our own house. We also enjoy the view both from the living room and the balcony. Property Owner

  • "We’ve been staying here for years."

Decor and furnishings could do with some updating but that’s being very picky. It’s a lovely apartment in a great location.

We have just completed a full internal re-decoration of the property and this includes the balcony. Property Owner
