"The flat is really nicely done up with good sized rooms."
The location is excellent as it's 2 seconds from the beach but set-back from the road so it isn't noisy. We appreciated all the utensils in the kitchen as some rental places have minimal equipment. A very minor point - the design of the bathroom sink means that a lot of water ends up dripping on the floor so you always need a bathmat underneath. And some more board games would be useful in case it's raining. But all in all we loved in and will probably stay again. Thanks

"A lovely place."
Close to the every thing in Aldeburgh. A home away from home with a seaside feel.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We hope to see you again! Ann Property Owner

"Second time of staying there and it suits us well."
Only two surprising and rather inconvenient omissions - no ice trays, no laundry rack.
Hello, We are so pleased you decided to return to High Tide and it suits you. The ice trays are in the cupboard to the right of the fridge (as the freezer is small some people take them out), and we have a heated drying rack and a normal one in the front hall closet. So sorry you did not find them and I can understand how that would be inconvenient. I do hope you return to High Tide again (there is a 10% return discount) and if so please call me with any queries or issues during your stay as we try to sort any issues immediately so you are not inconvenienced on your holiday. Thanks for your feedback, Ann Property Owner

"Good size upstairs apartment for 4 ,very clean and with all requirements for enjoyable stay ."
Located in Centre so easy walking to all facilities and beach. No direct parking but the free parking opposite White lion was no problem in May.

"Lovely comfortable apartment in fantastic location in Aldeburgh"

"The cottage is absolutely beiatdul."
Everything there that a family needs. Fridge in some need of repair - struggled to close. Very close to all amenities - the Cross Keys across from the cottage was a lovely pub. Good location for travelling to other places too. Only real downside is the search for nearby parking - would recommend the car park in Fort Street if looking to find parking. Had a lovely stay, thank you.

"Just one thing."
The instruction manual contained out of date info relating to a tv and dvd player that had been changed/removed so we could not use the smart tv applications.

"The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable."
The location was perfect, walking distance to all amenities. Would recommend to friends and family.

"Delightful property."
One or two tiny details, however. One of the bedside lamps in the master bedroom was not working. The big wall clock in the kitchen/diner was not working. It would be great if radio alarm clocks could be installed in the bedrooms.

"The property is in a great location and has really good broadband."
Really comfortable and clean. Just a couple of maintenance issues - the bulb in one of the bedside table lamps had blown and the shower rail came away from the fixing. Also no bin bags provided and it would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge on arrival. Overall a fantastic week away and would recommend to friends/family.

"A bright, clean and airy apartment in a super-convenient location close to the centre of Aldeburgh."
It's very well-equipped and the little extras that were provided, such as tea bags and biscuits, were very much appreciated by us. One small quibble, we would have preferred a slightly later check-out time, say 11am, rather than 10am.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
The apartment had everything we needed and more; very close to amenities and the beach, public parking close by. Spoke to the property owner about a minor issue, she was very nice and addressed it promptly. We would definitely stay at High Tide again.
