"Very spacious, clean, and well equipped."
Especially loved the sunny first floor large bedroom. Good location for the park for grandchildren and dog. Nice walk to the beach. Some may see being on top of Tesco as a downside but for us it was very convenient. It was also surprisingly quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate book again or recommend.

We had a wonderful stay.

"It may be that we didn’t find it, but there didn’t seem to be a microwave."
We hope you enjoyed your stay at King George Penthouse. There is a microwave above the main oven. Property Owner

"This place was amazing, fitted the purpose of our trip 100%."
It was expensive for a two night stay so great for couples who can share the cost. setting was beautiful and a stones throw away from main Aldeburgh street. Only gripe was checking out time. We thought for lots of people checking out at 10am was early. Had a little problem with the electric gate but apart from that it was fabulous!

"The apartment was perfect for our stay."
Everything has been thought about, from comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen. We only stayed three nights but will be back again. Although situated above a Tesco Express the location was very quiet and a short walk from Aldeburgh town centre. Spotlessly clean and fresh smelling, we all loved it. Well done to the owners!
-
"Great space and comfy, lots of light and the kitchen is well stocked."
What is missing is a full length mirror, there isn't a single one in the whole apartment. Also, the bedrooms are poorly lit, additional lamps should be added to the bedroom dressing tables.

"The property is lovely, extremely comfortable and well equipped."
Instructions all clear for directions and getting in. We had a lovely stay there, thankyou.

"This apartment certainly has the wow factor!"
Very spacious, well equipped & beautifully furnished. Convenient location & easy parking too. As a family of 4 adults we really enjoyed our stay here, thank you.

"Great property in a nice location."
Things that may help guests. The hob main elec switch was off and we spent quite a bit of time firstly trying to start the hob and then searching for the elec switch. Then the first saucepan- red large size, didn’t actually work on the hob. So needs removing. In the stairwell the light goes on and off throughout the night setting off the light in the outer hall. Shines into bedrooms and disturbs sleep so you need to shut doors. This really needs addressing. Having said that we did enjoy our holiday and stay
We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at King George Penthouse. The kitchen appliance switches are on the wall above the worktop and are all labelled for ease. It is an induction hob so the correct sized pan for the ring size needs to be used. The appliance manuals are all located on the right hand drawer under the stairs (referred to in the Welcome file). The lights in the communal area outside the main flat door are on a motion sensor. Property Owner
