  • "Fantastic holiday cottage."

    The facilities are all in great condition, clean and cosy. So much attention to detail has gone into this and the hosts are thoughtful and very welcoming. As a family of five, this accommodation was ideal for us. The beautiful gardens with so many hidden nooks and kept the kids entertained. Thank you for such a lovely break away.

Resting in the Suffolk village of Ufford, near Woodbridge.

The Corner House is a beautifully unique detached family bungalow which has been lovingly renovated to create a warm and welcoming holiday home for families and friends to enjoy.

As you arrive at this quaint holiday home you will sense the uniqueness upon arrival, with the luxury of being able to pull up and park off road.

The property boasts a beautiful wrap around garden which has been separated into three beautiful sections.

As you enter inside the property you are welcomed into the hallway, leading onto the a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king size bedroom, siting room with bunk room to the side of it, family shower room and kitchen/dining room.

Ground floor Enter into the hallway, with space for your shoes and coats.

Bedroom 1 Offering a boutique style room to retreat too, you will surely feel relaxed with the sumptuous four poster double bed, with bedside table and lamp.

Grab a good book and glass of wine and relax in the beautiful freestanding roll top bath. En-suite In addition to the roll top bath, there is a wash basin and WC located behind closed doors.

Bedroom 2 A lovely light and airy room, complete with a king size metal bed, with bedside tables and lamps.

There is a wardrobe for your belongings.

Shower Room Located at the end of the hallway, with an expansive walk in shower with built in shelves for your belongings, wash basin and WC. Kitchen/Dining Room Entering into the dining room leading onto the kitchen/utility area.

A perfect space to cook up and enjoy those culinary delights.

The kitchen boasts everything needed, with an electric oven and four ring ceramic hob with extractor fan above, slim-line dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster.

The kitchen opens out onto two of the outdoor areas, perfect locations for those morning cups of coffees or evening G&T's. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area with large wooden table comfortably seating six.

Sitting Room Cosy up in the tranquil sitting area at the end of a busy day exploring, with two sofas and arm chairs, all positioned to make the most of the garden views on offer through the french doors.

There is a TV with on demand content for your entertainment.

Bedroom 3 Located through the sitting room, the perfect den area for the children to enjoy their own little space.

There is bunk bed suitable for two children, TV for their entertainment, and a variety of books for them to enjoy.

Outside The Corner House offers a variety of beautiful outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy.

The main outdoor area is easily accessed by either the front door or the sitting room, here you have a lawn area and patio area with outdoor dining table and chairs.

There is a summer house with seating for those looking for a quiet nook to read their book.

The children can enjoy the Wendy house on offer, and have hours of fun!

Outside the kitchen is a Mediterranean style garden, with white brick wall.

There is a bistro table and chairs for your evening glass of wine.

Keep an eye out as through the lookouts you can often see the deer on the rear field. Accessible via the side gate or the utility room is the third outdoor area, and one of our favourites.

(full stop) The Beachy Bit offers a fabulous metal octopus, fun beachy features and further seating area.

Here is also a wonderful outdoor room for guests to enjoy, with further seating available, a great space for hours of fun, especially for the kids.

There is space for 2/3 cars on the driveway, with easy access to the property.

Woodbridge is a historic riverside market town boasting an outstanding selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The town has been famous for boatbuilding, rope and sail making since the Middle Ages. The working tide mill is a major attraction and a must visit for anyone staying in the area. The River Deben runs alongside the town and is popular for boating, walking and wildlife with wonderful views over to the National Trust site of Sutton Hoo. The town hosts a number of events throughout the year and is a wonderful place to visit.
