"I booked this for my family as my husband and I were celebrating a special (big!"
) wedding anniversary. It’s a lovely house in a great position for walking, and my young grandson was especially appreciative of the big Christmas tree that had been put in the lounge. It made everything look very festive! It’s a bit out on a limb (as indicated in the description of the property) so if you’re not fairly fit you will have to get in the car to get anywhere. It is spacious and well equipped. So often my experience with holiday homes is that the quantity of cutlery and plates etc is equivalent to the number of guests, but here there was plenty available. The beds were spacious and comfortable. It’s very suitable for anyone with mobility issues with its ground floor facilities and step free access. The shower downstairs is a cubicle with with a small step into it which I managed with no problem, although a grab rail would have been useful to have. But that’s a minor issue in what was a lovely weekend away.
