"Fabulous property."
Quiet area but in easy reach of the town. Outside area a God send. Plus off road parking a great addition. A few small criticisams. 1. Found heating very hard to figure out for colder evenings. 2. Maybe a note to say Outside plug needs to be switched on first before heated towel rails will work. Plus the door in main Bedroom, fantastic feature if it worked properly. 4. Not everyone like Proseco, maybe a pint of milk would fit better. Overall would without hesitation book again in the future

A beautiful, well maintained house in a superb location. The delightful courtyard was the ‘icing on the cake’ of the property! I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Thank you

"Hartlands is a real gem."
It combines great location (close to the beach and Aldeburgh centre); great practicality with everything you could need for a super vacation; spaciousness, and luxurious home comforts. The property was very clean and well kept. The host, Teresa, was attentive and kindly provided us with a snack or two to welcome us. We would highly recommend Hartlands to anyone visiting the lovely town of Aldeburgh.
Dear Gordon Thank you very much for your lovely feedback and I am very pleased you had a wonderful stay. Thank you also for replacing a broken child's cup, much appreciated. Best wishes Teresa Property Owner

"My family all enjoyed our visit to Aldeburgh and especially Loved the accommodation."
The house was beautifully decorated to a very high standard as were all the equipment and facilities. Would certainly recommend it. Our minus on comfort was only due to the fact that we don’t really like memory foam mattresses. But of course that is a matter of choice.

"Lovely property within walking distance of town centre."

"Our third visit to Hartlands, is was lovely to return."
It’s a perfect place to chill out, with lovely walks straight from your front door. Lots of nice restaurants in Aldeburgh and plenty of places not too far to drive. The house has everything you could want for a great break away!

"The house was very comfortable."
It is very tastefully decorated and fully equipped with quality items. The bed was so comfortable we had the best sleep in ages. The location was great, very close to the beach and the town but also sheltered. One day we went out to find a storm raging and we had been oblivious to how bad the weather was. We highly recommend this house for a visit to Suffolk and look forward to returning.

"Beautifully positioned on an elevated plot very near to the beach and the wonderful walk to Thorpeness."
Only a short stroll to the town with all its lovely shops and eateries. The beds were really comfortable with fluffy towels provided. Modern kitchen very well equipped. The lounge furniture is a bit tired and can only comfortably accommodate 4, not 6 adults. A noisy boiler that seemed to be on and off all night was the only downside.

"Lovely well equipped stylish house."
Everything you could need. Good location on the edge of town. Pretty courtyard garden. Comprehensive information folder about the facilities in the house and lots of leaflets, maps etc of the local area and Suffolk. Very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.
