"Fantastic little cottage and a great location for a countryside break near the sea."
The property was really clean, spacious, and well fitted out making it a brilliant home-from-home, and a great place to come back to after days out. In addition, the owners went above and beyond to accommodate our little one, providing cot, bedding, baby bath, stairgates, and toys which kept her happy for the whole week.

It is positioned in the countryside but is within striking distance of all the seaside towns. The property was really well equipped and we wanted for nothing during our stay.

"The Hay Loft was a delightful property tucked away in 8 acres of tranquil country side."
We could not believe how quiet it was which made our stay extremely relaxing. Every thing inside was above standard it was spotless and well cared for. We had everything that we would want and carol had left a welcome pack that was much appreciated. We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. While we were there we were lucky enough to see rabbits pheasants all manner of birds and even had a visit from a Muntjac deer all at the bottom of our garden. We would certainly return to this delightful property which is situated so as it is easy to reach the local beaches plus plenty of places of local interest.
We wake up every day realising how lucky we are, so it is truly very special and rewarding when our guests embrace the surroundings, enjoy their stay and return home refreshed and relaxed. "We came in search of peace & quiet and certainly found it at The Hayloft."
After a warm welcome from Carol, we also found the property and beautiful surrounding grounds perfect for us. The Hayloft is in a quiet location and a great base to explore Norfolk. We loved a boat trip on The Broads and a little ferry at Beccles quayside that takes you 3 miles upriver to a lovely community pub. Very best wishes to Carol & Billie and thank you for a lovely stay.

"Very comfortable bed , clean & has everything you need if self catering ."
Hosts can not do enough for you , very welcoming . Good location 30 mins to most places some longer . Very peaceful surroundings, nice lake to walk round on grounds . Had the best week , would recommend this property . Also have another accommodation on the same site ,also great .

Haddiscoe is a civil parish in South Norfolk, located just a short distance from the coastal towns of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Slightly further afield is the well loved seaside town of Southwold. The village enjoys a close proximity to the River Waveney and the Broads, as well as Wheatacre Marshes. This parish has the beautiful Church of St Mary’s, one of the best known of Norfolks round-towered churches. There is a local Farm Shop at Wheatacre Hall Farm which is well equipped with plenty of local produce for you to stock up on during your stay. Dining options include the Wheatacre White Lion, serving food and beverages in picturesque surroundings, or the Bell Inn at St Olaves which is reported to be the Broadland's oldest recorded Inn.
