Equipment includes a freestanding dishwasher, electric oven with hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave.
There’s ample space to enjoy meals with a farmhouse style table and four chairs.
Living Room
With period features and a modern electric wood burner effect fire, this room is furnished with two two-seater sofa’s, an armchair, coffee table and side tables.
There’s Wifi and entertainment’s provided with a TV and Bluetooth speaker

First floor
Carpeted stairs rise and turn to the small first-floor landing where both bedrooms are found.

Outside
This cosy semi-detached cottage is in the heart of the village on Huntingfield, next to the popular traditional country pub, the Huntingfield Arms and just opposite the well-equipped playground and playing field.
A drive leads up to the private parking at the side for a couple of cars and there’s a sunny west facing gravelled area at the front with a table and four chairs.
