"The property was excellent and ideal for our family."
The hot tub was well used by the whole family, we were handily positioned to visit the castle and local swimming pool complex. Couldn’t recommend the local fish & chip shop though, far too much batter and not cooked well enough. Only negative for us with the property was the annoying flies everywhere, but that’s nature for you! The owners were very helpful!

"Absolutely brilliant holiday house for 3 generations to enjoy."
Beautiful setting at edge of small village but within easy travelling distance of so many interesting places. Stunning property and hot tub a bonus.

"We all had the most amazing time at Manor Farm Barn."
It was to celebrate a big birthday and I wanted to spend it with all my family. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for us all. The grandchildren loved playing in the garden with their toys and there was plenty of room for them to ride their bikes safely. We all loved the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen equipment and laundry appliances. It had a real home from home feeling. The fruit cake and apple juice that was there when we arrived was a tasty treat. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Manor Farm Barn to friends. Thank you
Thank you for your kind comments. We are glad the barn met your expectations. Gerald and Janet Property Owner

"Absolutely fantastic 5 stars"

"It was really helpful to be able to interact with the owners who responded very quickly to our queries."
The welcome pack including home made cake and home made marmalade was most thoughtful and very gratefully enjoyed. The children (and adults!) enjoyed the hot tub which was a real adventure when the outside weather was a bit discouraging. The house is warm and comfortable with everything we needed for our short break. Everyone wants to come back but our target week next year has already been booked.

"Fabulous, highly recommended"

"We stayed from 29th March for one week."
We loved it. We met the owner on arrival and a welcome cake was just what we needed after a long journey. The barn was warm and cosy - perfect as the weather was not warm - plenty of hot water and the rooms and facilities suited the ten of us perfectly. The barn really does have great character. Lovely village location from which to explore Suffolk and the local pub serves up great food and good beer! We would stay again for sure.

"What an amazing place to stay!"
Beautifully kept, extremely well appointed, exceptionally clean and wonderfully warm (considering we stayed in February and the ceiling in the main part of the barn is very high I expected it to be cold but the under floor heating was amazing!). We were a group of 3 families making up 9 guests from all corners of the country who get together once every few years and we try to find a property that really adds to the reunion. Manor Farm Barn is that place. So much charm and character. We bumped into the owners and they were so lovely. The hot tub was also a real hit, and the gated courtyard area was great to let our two dogs hang out in, the local pub has fantastic food and the community store is perfect.
