"Lovely cosy property."
Ideal for dogs - plenty of ground to walk around. Very well maintained grounds with a keen eye on environmental issues. Cottage gad everything we needed. Welcome pack a nice touch.

"Definitely recommend this wonderful cottage."
Our stay was absolutely amazing, family time together much needed! We enjoyed country walks with our doggies etc. Perfect stay!
-
"Beautiful cottage."
Furnished to a high standard with all that you need for a home from home stay. Lovely welcome hamper including their own eggs which were blue, green and brown shelled.

"Wassicks cottage is beautiful and stylish and just perfect."
When we arrived it was beautifully warm and we were greeted with a hamper of goodies which we enjoyed during out stay. Anthony our host came to greet us and assure us that if there was anything we needed we just had to ask. We had everything we needed and more. When we return to Suffolk we would definitely book it again.

"The property was really cosy and well appointed."
Being an old barn conversion with lots of old wooden beams, it was inhabited by a few inevitable spiders. But that comes with being set in a working farm, and beautiful natural gardens. The owners are very friendly and on hand, should you need any help. It was lovely to watch the wildlife and make friends with the resident horses It’s location is perfect to explore the many attractions that Suffolk has to offer.

"Beautiful & peaceful 10/10 Lovely comfy beds !"
Property has an amazing welcoming vibe to it . Particularly enjoyed being able to see the animals and enjoy the walks every day . Also all of the birds , we were lucky enough to even see a Barn owl. Loved all of the attention to detail to the local area. We were visiting family so was a great base for us. The welcome basket was excellent, especially the eggs from the hens ! (The Only tiny not so great point was that the twin bedroom had a strong smell of fuel) But overall 10/10 !!!!! Would love to return to Wassicks Cottage !

"We had a really lovely time at Wassicks Cottage - a beautiful, well equipped cottage in wonderful surroundings and with every attention to detail carefully planned and thought out."
Including a very generous welcome basket. We are very grateful to the owners for our time in their magical place and for all the wonderful books and information available for us.

"Lovely converted barn."
Very quiet rural location. Amazing if you are interested in wildlife. Garden and grounds are beautiful. Parking and access road are good. Local village is pretty and has good facilities.

"I booked my stay at Wassicks Cottage at the last minute and the hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming."
The cottage is absolutely beautiful with everything you need for your stay as well as a welcome pack full of local produce. The garden and surroundings were just stunning, I didn’t want to leave. And the dog field was an additional bonus as I had two dogs with me who love to just run off lead and chase balls. I would thoroughly recommend Wassicks Cottage to anyone and I will definitely be going back there to be able to enjoy some rest and relaxation.

"We loved staying in these cottage."
My daughter already put some pictures up and have been asked by friends on the details of this cottage. My granddaughter enjoyed the farm looking at the animals and mimicking their noises.

"Wassicks cottage is very cosy & comfortable."
The open fire made evenings very relaxing & warm. The decor all very tasteful. The cottage had everything we wished for during our 3 night stay. There are some lovely walks around & close by. The folder of local walk routes in the cottage was very useful. Welcome pack was amazing, eggs from the farm delicious. Thank you Anthony & Inika.

"A slice of history in a beautiful setting."
With great friendly owners. 4 star's only needs a little love and attention to make it 5.

"Fantastic property."
We had a lovely holiday , nice roaring fire , comfy bed . Lovely hot shower and amazing location , what more could you ask for. Our host Anthony was amazing , touched based to ensure we were all nice and warm and had plenty of wood . Being an old property it was a little dusty around the edges but that is expected. We would love to visit again , in the Spring to enjoy the surrounding countryside and wild life. May even encounter another deer around the cottage during our evening walk with the dog.

"A beautiful cottage, lovely surroundings and countryside."
The owners were so welcoming and were available on site if any problems occurred. A gorgeous welcome hamper on arrival, it was late in the evening due to traffic holdups when we arrived, Anthony immediately on hand to help us with luggage, cottage was lovely and warm and cosy, never needed to light the fire even though logs were provided, also must say, the most comfortable double bed I’ve ever slept in with beautiful luxurious bedding, can’t say enough, a lovely comfortable cottage.

"Wonderful cottage, grounds and hosts!"
The accommodation was just what we wanted and we were not left wanting for anything, the place is very well appointed, comfortable for 4 (plus a dog) and in a lovely rural but well connected location, with walks from the door. It is a wildlife haven (we saw a barn owl, tawny owl and bats to name a few highlights) and the owners commitment to nature really resonated with us. They have planted 1500+ trees, creating a wonderful fenced off woodland that is great for 4 legged friends and use lovely eco friendly products throughout the property.

"The cottage was simply fantastic."
Extremely well presented and exactly as listed. We only wish we could've spent more time there to relax and unwind. We will be back.

"Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting."
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was there for us to have a comfortable stay.

"Thank you to the host of the property for being so accommodating and helpful."
The welcome gift was very much appreciated. The location is idyllic and was so lovely to be allowed to visit the farm's animals. The cottage lived up to expectations and had all the facilities you would expect and more. The guest book was also very welcome as it had all the information you would want to have for a holiday trip. It was very extensive and useful. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it for a peaceful trip amongst lovely wildlife and everything around being in easy access. Thank you.

"A nice place to stay for a holiday break."
The owner very friendly and helpful. All very positive for comments apart from two matters....... 1) Front door doesn`t lock correctly. 2) From 1st floor to ground floor there is no lighting. Transferring via the stair during the night is "risky" (many of us have too!!) This is quite a potentially serious H&S situation.
The front door can sometimes be a little stiff to lock. A quirk of a 16th Century Barn. However there is an additional slide bolt that can be used on the inside for added security. There is a light above the dressing table which illuminates the stairs. Property Owner

"We were absolutely delighted with the cottage which was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious and yet had great charm with wonderful exposed beams."
It made an excellent base for touring the many attractions of this part of Suffolk, but we were also pleased to discover that it was surrounded by countryside rich in wildlife. The owners are very considerate (we much appreciated the welcome pack) and their eco-friendly approach struck a sympathetic note with us.
