"It’s a lovely cottage, but I think a microwave in the kitchen would have been a bonus!"
The stairs and getting into bed was quite challenging if you’ve got joint problems. This is just a comment for advertising as I appreciate there was nowhere else to put the bed, and the stairs were quite steep. The cottage was in a lovely location and the garden was safe for my dog which was important for me

"The location is good for walking, with excellent local shop, cafe & pub & friendly people."
The cottage is tiny & basic, but had everything we needed; the local peafowl provided added entertainment! We would go back.

"Cute little cottage in a lovely setting overlooking the green bordered by timber framed buildings and frequented by a large family of Peacocks."
Equiped well for 2 people, and bowls and poobags for our large dog. Private garden to the side. A good location for visiting the coast at Dunwich or Southwold and inland to Framlingham Castle, all less than half an hours drive. Niggles on our visit - the path around the back is shared and every morning tradesmen working on number 3 walked past our lounge and kitchen windows. Only a temporary situation I suspect as number 3 should soon be finished, but as numbers 2 and 3 will still be using it net curtains could help. We also had a little difficulty using the microwave as the turntable support ring was not present - odd as it looked like a brand new appliance. Ah - and there was no broom!

"On arrival we were greeted with a resident telling us not to park where we had and according to our instructions from Sykes we had parked correctly ."
Next day we get a visit from the land lady, so obviously we were reported. Advised land lady we had a leaking radiator in the kitchen to which she replied “have you reported it “ surely it’s not up to us to do this …I would have thought property should be checked over, Also no Heating what so ever upstairs
