"There was an issue with 2 windows, but this was resolved quickly by the company."
Equally the microwave did not heat, again this was resolved quickly. We were impressed with how best of Suffolk dealt with problems. This is a lovely flat and very clean, a bottle of wine was left which was kind. It was a shame that no tea and coffee was there ( happy with just a couple of bags for our arrival) , there were no spare bin bags, one tab for the dishwasher, and one squirt of fairy liquid. This is all cheap to buy and would have made a big difference. I’ve never stayed anywhere in the uk with no salt, or cling film/ tin foil/ tea or coffee/ spare bin bag. If not providing any tea or instant coffee, it’s helpful to say in the booking confirmation then I could have brought some from home for the first night. These are small things and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

"Very nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect."
It was very quiet (apart from the seagulls). Overall the facilities were very good however, the shower was blocked so the water didn't run away very quickly - a maintenance issue. I'd definitely stay there again though.

"Lovely two bedroom apartment which we used when visitng the Latitude festival."
Ideally situated, no parking but we were able to unload in the Adnams carpark and park close by on the road.

"Enjoyed a fabulous stay."
Apartment in a great location, comfortable and immaculate. Had a wonderful holiday - highly recommended.

"The property is very central and comfortable."
Also a high standard of cleanliness. However, a few points which I hope are taken as constructive criticism. We could not get the 2 bedside lights in the main bedroom to work. Also, there is no up to date manual for the flat, just a brief list of what to do when leaving and the manual for the previous agency who let it. A visitors book would also be useful for future guests. We had to assume the Wi-Fi code was on the back of the router, which it was, but some people may not be used to this and most places I have stayed had such info in a very prominent place. Finally, there needs to be some way of opening the windows wider-it was very hot when we were there and it must be unbearable in a heatwave even with the blinds closed all day.
Thank you so much for providing your feedback following your stay, we are delighted that you found the property comfortable. Thank you for flagging the need for updated property information, we are working on a manual for the property with lots of useful details. The windows in the apartment have a limit to where they can open for health and safety reasons, we do provide fans to help you stay cool during times like these. Thank you again for sharing your comments, any other helpful suggestions are warmly received. Property Owner
