"Lovely property in a great location."
Very cosy with a well equipped kitchen. (Although if we had cooked would prefer oven to Aga). The Christmas decs all over the house were a very nice touch!
-
"Lovely house , well located yards from beach (half way along the long beach) and two mins from town centre shops, bars & restaurants."
House has been nicely decorated and was warm and cosy on a cold, damp weekend. Well equipped and ideal for two or three couples or a family with children. Note the two bathrooms are on floor one and the stairs up to the top floor bedroom are steep. Parking was no problem but it was November!

"A beautiful and very well kept property - perfectly situated and with everything we needed for a really relaxed weekend - thank you for letting us stay and we will certainly be back!"
-
"A fantastic few days staying at this comfortable, homely and well-equipped cottage in a super location in Southwold."
It felt like a home-from-home! We would love to return. Thank you!

"Lovely house."
Spotlessly clean. Everything you could want and so close to the beach. Would definitely book again in the future.
-
"A really lovely property."
Very homely clean and comfortable. Extremely well equipped. Loved having the Aga. Being so close to the town and the sea was perfect. Couldn’t fault it.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments. Property Owner

"Such a wonderful stay thank you."

"Great place to stay for a family with great facilities."
Fab location for the town and seafront.

"Some leaks but the weather was very very bad at times and they warned me that there had been some issues."
The house is lovely and cosy. I love the top floor with a balcony. Overall a real hit and I would love to go back.

"The house and facilities were excellent."
The 'welcome pack' of wine and biscuits was most welcoming as were the fluffy towels and shampoo. The house was clean and tidy and I appreciated the fact that there were only necessary things around and few ornaments which meant we could easily store our belongs. When the sun shone we enjoyed the garden and our bikes were safe and dry in the shed. I have stayed in 20 different places over 64 years and none have been better. However my 50 year old children found the single beds a little hard - our only slight complaint.

"Been visiting Southwold annually for over 20 years and this has been the best so far."
Lovely and clean, spacious and light. Central and easy to get around from. We had a fabulous time there and have re booked for next year.

"The cottage was lovely and clean, very close to the beach which suited us."
Would recommend, thank you xx
-
"The house has been very well refurbished with a super layout and is very comfortable and well presented."
The first floor bed was too narrow (and bouncy) for us, with a small duvet. The Aga must be great in colder weather but surely an electric oven should be fitted for use in the summer to save electricity? However we had a lovely few days - but parking was very difficult.

"Lovely house well situated and very comfortable."
Only discomfort was the curved bench in the kitchen not comfortable to sit at.
-
"The property was absolutely perfect in every way."
Fabulous location so close to all amenities. We completely fell in love with the house
