"Everything we hoped it would be, thank you."
As we had a frail person with us, anti-slip mats under rugs would be useful otherwise the property suited our needs completely. Shout out to your cleaner as the standard of housekeeping was faultless

The property
Resting in a sought-after location in the heart of Southwold in Suffolk, The Hive is perfect for families and guests of all ages.
There is a playground close by which is great for the children and the single-storey, ground-floor nature of the accommodation makes it perfect for older guests too.
The open-plan living space is light and airy with an ample seating area positioned alongside the patio door which leads outside, helping to create a really warm and inviting ambience.
The well-fitted kitchen comes equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious food for the whole family and when ready, meals can be served up at the extendable wooden table, where you can imagine spending many a happy hour eating, drinking and enjoying each other’s company.
The outside patio area offers a great alfresco space to step outside and admire the views overlooking Tibby’s Green.
When it is time for bed, the master bedroom is particularly welcoming with a sumptuous king-size bed and a patio door opening to the outside; great for throwing open in the morning and enjoying a morning coffee while overlooking the adjoining greenery.
The twin bedroom is just as attractive and comes with plenty of storage space.
No queues for the bathroom at The Hive with the master bedroom having an en-suite and there is an additional shower room which completes the accommodation.
The Hive is a great base from which to explore the delights of Suffolk with Southwold on the doorstep where you will find a good selection of amenities as well as Southwold Pier which is famous for its brightly coloured beach huts.
The chocolate-box village of Walberswick is within walking distance and a short drive away are attractions such as RSPB Minsmere, Snape Maltings where the Aldeburgh Music Festival is held, Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, Framlingham Castle and Halesworth Museum.
For a holiday with a real buzz, take a trip to The Hive.
