"An ideal property for the extended family to spend their holiday in."
The accommodation was really impressive and decorated to a high standard. All furnishing appeared clean and spotless. The Teepee is also situated in an ideal location although no parking with the property they managed to get parked up with no problems. Would certainly use again.

"We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful cottage."
A lovely large master bedroom and two further bedrooms which was perfect for our group of 5. So close to everything, pubs, the beach and just a two minute walk to the high street . What a great find! Will be back and thanks for the welcome gifts too.

"The Teepee is in the perfect position in Southwold, a short walk from the beautiful high street with it?"
S unique collection of boutiques, and stunning beach. The cottage has everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of seating for family meals and the bedrooms are well decorated and very comfortable. I wouldn?t hesitate twice about returning to this great property.

"Perfect spot Equidistant between the sea & High St, yet beautifully situated next to the church, our short stay at the Teepee was the perfect place to spend some time on a girls weekend away."
The property has been decorated to a high standard, the owners have great taste. Fully equipped kitchen, with a large table meant we could have leisurely meals & didn?t feel the need to eat out all of the time. Comfy beds & a cosy living room too. Looking forward to returning this year with my husband

"We were a group of three adults and one toddler and had a great stay at The Tepee."
The house was very well equipped, comfortable and warm. The bathroom had a great shower. We all commented on the beds being comfortable. It's in a great position, just a few minutes walk from a playground, the shops/bakeries on the main street, and the wonderful sandy beach. Parking is restricted outside the house but we parked for most of the week on the free car park near the Common, 5 minutes walk away, so it wasn't an issue.

"I have stayed at The TeePee on several occasions and am never disappointed."

"The property was perfect for us - incredibly clean and had everything we needed."
Huge, soft towels and very comfortable beds! Location was brilliant- just a short walk to everything. The only downside was the church bells (church is just a few doors down) that rang every hour throughout the night, every night!! On the Friday we discovered they did bell ringing practice and so they rang (very loudly) for about 2 hours solid, from 7pm to 9pm. Although they sounded lovely, this was really not ideal when trying to get two little ones to sleep. The property is absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend- just be prepared that the windows are thin and it can be quite noisy at times. Saying that, we’d love to return in the future!

"We stayed here for a week with our three children and it’s the noisiest cottage we’ve ever stayed at."
HGVs regularly go past to the large Adnams brewery further down the street then there’s also the vans & cars etc which rumble past all day, starting at 6am, only a few feet from the windows. This would be bearable if it wasn’t for the fact that they are all old, single pain sash (not modern, sealed double glazing) so very little noise insulation. Facilities are what you would expect considering it cost us £1,500 for the week, however the outside windows were a bit grubby. In summary, we were disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.
