  • "Nice modern cottage in great location close to some restaurants, cafes and pubs which you can walk to."

    Well equipped and great to have a parking spot outside as well as a washing machine. Cottage is listed as suitable for 4 people, when 3 would really be the max as both beds are quite small: one is a standard double (room would be better with.a king size bed) and the other is a smaller bed. Very limited hanging space for clothes. We did experience some noise from the next door property which I think is also a holiday property.

  • "Absolutely lovely cottage and location."

    Perfect in all aspects and sweet detail like some wine and crisps + doggy treats as welcome. Very clean and has everything you need! We will be coming again for sure! Just one small ask would be a bigger sofa where the whole family can snuggle up in the evening. All in all 5 stars for sure!

  • "A lovely place, bright clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen."

    It’s great to have an enclosed garden for pooch and the allocated parking space was handy too. The location was ideal with plenty of beaches, towns and sights within easy reach. The Willowhayne Greensward provided a nice walk to Rustington when high tide ruled out a beach walk. Definitely a place I’d like to stay at again.
