"Fantastic property."
Really spotlessly clean! Safe garden. Surprised to find downstairs cloakroom,don't think it was listed?And there is a microwave. Would definitely recommend . Hope to be back soon.ps friendly neighbours!

Well equipped and great to have a parking spot outside as well as a washing machine. Cottage is listed as suitable for 4 people, when 3 would really be the max as both beds are quite small: one is a standard double (room would be better with.a king size bed) and the other is a smaller bed. Very limited hanging space for clothes. We did experience some noise from the next door property which I think is also a holiday property.

It does say in the property description that the second bedroom is only suitable for one adult or two children. I will make sure it is more clear for future guests. "Absolutely lovely cottage and location."
Perfect in all aspects and sweet detail like some wine and crisps + doggy treats as welcome. Very clean and has everything you need! We will be coming again for sure! Just one small ask would be a bigger sofa where the whole family can snuggle up in the evening. All in all 5 stars for sure!

We were staying in the area as my mother recently moved to a care home so we spent the week clearing her flat in East Preston going back to the house made it a more relaxing experience just loved everything would certainly use again

It’s great to have an enclosed garden for pooch and the allocated parking space was handy too. The location was ideal with plenty of beaches, towns and sights within easy reach. The Willowhayne Greensward provided a nice walk to Rustington when high tide ruled out a beach walk. Definitely a place I’d like to stay at again.

East Preston is, from our point of view, a quiet and small village with a lovely Community. The house was perfect - we enjoy the hole time there! Equipment is perfect, the romms are perfect.
