See more accommodation at Marine Court. Marine Court Suite is a collection of well-appointed rooms for guests staying in Littlehampton. These rooms provide a relaxing and flexible base, ideal for unwinding after a day by the coast or exploring the surrounding area.

Marine Court itself has a rich history, having been built in 1967 and formerly serving as the headquarters of the Fire Fighters Charity. This important organisation has long supported the recovery and wellbeing of firefighters and their families, and that legacy of care continues today - making Marine Court a fitting place to rest and recharge.

Guests staying in Marine Court Suite can enjoy a range of shared on-site facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, a gym (over 18s only), and a dining area where meals can be pre-booked Monday to Thursday. The bar, complete with a pool table, offers a welcoming space to socialise, while the adjoining patio with garden furniture is perfect for relaxed alfresco drinks. A communal garden provides a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh sea air, with the nearby pebble beach just a short stroll away.

The location is ideal for exploring West Sussex and beyond. The historic city of Chichester is within easy reach and offers a wealth of attractions, including the Weald & Downland Living Museum, Fishbourne Roman Palace and Gardens, Chichester Cathedral, and the Tangmere Military Aviation Museum.

A short distance away lies Bosham, a picturesque tidal village often described as the “Venice of England,” known for its coastal scenery, rich history, unique tidal landscapes, harbourside walks, local arts and crafts, and charming tea rooms. Nearby Arundel is another must-visit, renowned for its dramatic 11th-century castle, striking Gothic cathedral, medieval streets, boutique shops, and riverside walks.

Marine Court is conveniently positioned between Brighton and Portsmouth, making it easy to explore both. Brighton’s famous pier and Royal Pavilion are just a short drive away, while the seafronts of Worthing and Eastbourne are also within easy reach.

Practical amenities include one parking space per room, with additional roadside parking available nearby. Two Blue Badge parking spaces are also available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that guests staying in first and second floor accommodation must be able to use stairs unaided.

The Marine Court Suite combines comfort, history, and an excellent coastal location, offering everything needed for a relaxing and restorative stay.

Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working.

Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times; facilities currently operate by a booking system, and bookings can be made through the main reception during your stay (additional charges apply).
