  • "The cottage was comfortable and clean and very well equipped."

Unfortunately I would not return due to the parking facilities and the ground outside . This was dangerous and not suitable with the slope and sliding on the steep incline . I would also not recommend the stairs inside . I found these a bit uncomfortable do to nature of the slope . It is a lovely cottage but outside needs money spent on it .

Hello Ms Martin Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry you found the slope to the house for parking too steep but I hope you were comfortable using the roadside parking at the foot of the slope. Thank you for your positive comments about the house. I will review the information on Sykes website to make it more clear that the stairs are quite steep so that people know in advance of booking. Despite these things I hope you had a good holiday. I take all feedback seriously and address any issues as possible, so thank you for taking the time to make your points. kind regards, Mairi Cuthbert Property Owner
