Upon entering, you will be met with the kitchen area; here you can store your treats in the fridge or utilise the combi microwave to cook a meal for your loved one to enjoy at the breakfast bar for two.

Freshen up in the compact and stylish shower room, before diving into the double bed in the evening and hunker down to a movie on the mounted Smart TV.

The star of this haven is found outside in the Paddock, where you can fuel up the barbecue for some grilled goodness in the covered area, or simply sit and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the moors.

Where you’ll be staying

OXENHOPE

Haworth 2 miles; Hebden Bridge 6 miles; Skipton 14 miles.

The small village of Oxenhope lies amid wonderful scenery, and offers the chance to take advantage of the multitude of walks in the area. The village, with its shop, church and pubs, is home to the terminus for the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, which runs on a regular basis to Haworth and on down to Keighley. The area was made famous by the Brontë sisters, and the outstanding countryside was famously described in Emily Brontë’s novel Wuthering Heights as wild and rugged. The area abounds with popular places to visit; the charming village of Haworth, trendy Hebden Bridge, historic Halifax and its Piece Hall, the Museum of Rail and several National Trust properties. The market town of Skipton, known as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, is only a short drive away, and also within reach are elegant Harrogate and vibrant Leeds.
