  • "Old Stone Cottage is beautifully refurbished, with thoughtful design and decoration throughout."

It is maintained to a high standard, immaculately clean, and has a well appointed kitchen. It is also minutes away from the high street, from great countryside walks, and from good local pubs (especially The Crown). I can't recommend it enough as a lovely place to stay.

  • "Lovely cottage, well placed for the town."

Comfortable and well equipped. Parking can be a challenge tho, we had to move bollards around but other than that, we managed OK

  • "Second time for us."

Well equipped (no meanness!) and good quality, and well looked after. Got snowed in, which was cosy if awkward for going places. The underfloor heating keeps you snug! For carnivores, or just pie fans, there are two excellent butchers close by. We'll be back some sunny day to do the rounds.

  • "Handy cottage, being close to all you could want in Pateley Bridge (including the Leisure Centre) whilst still being quiet."

Thoughtfully and well crafted renovation, nicely done, where everything worked (unusual!) and straightforward. So...easy to switch off. As a bonus, we arrived during a Heritage Weekend so several local visits and met lots of friendly and helpful volunteers.

  • "Old Stone Cottage is a 'gem'!"

The cottage is beautifully decorated and fill of warmth. Everything you need is there for a very cosy comfortable stay! Lovely local walks straight from the front door. Parking spot was available directly outside, every day we were there. The cottage is situated on a quiet street walking distance to Pately Bridge main street which has lovely pubs, cafe and restaurant as well as gorgeous butchers and the oldest sweet shop in England! We used it as our base to explore the Dales and beyond. Would highly recommend this cottage!
