"Just had a fantastic stay at 36 Horaace Mills."
Beautiful apartment, bed was super comfy. Seconds from railway station. Took trips into Leeds and Skipton, great service. The views are a tonic. Only little thing. no use port for chargers so used the train! Can't wait to return.

The property
A beautiful, reverse-level duplex penthouse apartment on a newly converted mill estate in the village of Cononley in Airedale, is Horace Mills.
This contemporary property is ideal for a couple or two couples wanting to enjoy a peaceful and pretty holiday in the south of the Yorkshire Dales, offering picturesque valley views.
Enter the property on the first floor to two spacious double bedrooms, with contemporary style, soft grey carpets, ample storage space and access to a shared balcony.
The first bedroom has a convenient en-suite shower room, while the second double has the option for the zip/link bed to be made up as two singles and is serviced by the family shower room, so there shouldn't be any queuing for the bathroom in the mornings.
On the second floor, pass the utility cupboard which stores a washing machine, and head up the wide spiral staircase to the open-plan living space.
The newly-fitted, glossy white kitchen has all the appliances you'll need, including an integrated dishwasher, and meal can be enjoyed together at the dining table, before retreating to the lovely sofas and enjoying watching the huge Smart TV, or take advantage of the Bluetooth sound system to listen to music or the Netflix account to enjoy a film.
Later, why not enjoy the incredible views available to you from the balcony, where you can sit out and take it all in, with a celebratory glass of fizz.
Horace Mills is a short walk from the village's two renowned real ale pubs and the railway station, and for more amenities, the many delights of the traditional market town of Skipton (next stop on the train from Cononley) are not to be missed.
The train provides excellent opportunities to travel the scenic Settle to Carlisle line or the nostalgic Keighley & Worth Valley Railway which embraces the steam era.
Head to Leeds (30 minutes on the train) or Bradford for some of the UK's best restaurants, attractions, shops, culture and nightlife.
The area around this holiday retreat is an outdoor paradise, with beautiful strolls in the village surrounds as well as more challenging walks and cycle rides into the nearby hills and up into the joy of the Yorkshire Dales providing a wealth of activities in the stunning countryside as well as access to wonderful towns and cities steeped in history and fascinating architecture.
Be sure to stay at Horace Mills for a luxurious time away, with lots to do and see.

CONONLEY
Skipton 4 miles; Keighley 6.6 miles; Burnley 16.1 miles; Harrogate 22 miles; Leeds 24.1 miles
The attractive village of Cononley lies in Airedale, four miles south of Skipton. The village's 17th Century heritage is still visible in some of the buildings, with an even greater number remaining from the villages heyday as a 19th Century centre for hand loom weaving and lead mining. There are two pubs and a mainline railway station with links to Leeds, Skipton and the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway line. Nearby Skipton, known as "The Gateway to the Dales", has an ancient castle, a beautiful old parish church and a colourful market occupying the cobbled setts each side of the high street. Enjoy a canal trip on a traditional barge or visit Embsay Steam Railway or the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.
