    Trouble free WiFi and having smart TVs in each room was great. If we visit Haworth again (highly likely), this would be our first choice, thanks for a great holiday.

  • "The main problems were (1) there was no heating on the upper two floors - it was a completely different heating system to that on the first floor, and we had no way of switching it on."

    This meant that the bedrooms and bathroom were cold and damp. Problem (2) was that there was no washing machine, even thought one had been listed in the facilities, so we were unable to clean our clothes muddy from walking. A real disappointment overall.

    Hi All upper level rooms are independently controlled by the thermostat in the room. One flick of a switch and it’s on its very easy,and one phone call to myself I would have guided you through. There has never been a washing machine in the property and it should not have been on the listing I will take this up with Sykes for this i apologise. I’m very sorry you decided to sit in the cold rather than call me about how to operate the heating for the duration you stayed. This would have greatly improved your stay Baz Property Owner

The small village of Haworth was home to the famous Bronte sisters, who were inspired by the surrounding moorland to pen their novels, which have become classics of English Literature.
