  • "Wonderful spacious apartment in the centre of Hebden all amenities close by, Decor and cleanliness excellent, the owner provided his telephone number and was on hand and was very helpful, he even moved his car so that we could park outside the property."

    We had a great time and I am sure we will return as accommodation was so comfortable and extremely warm, and Hebden Bridge offers so much in the way of restaurants and independent shops, and a relaxing walk along the canal was enjoyable, can’t think of anything negative to say, the apartment ticked every box, it would be nice to return in the Summer.

  • "The Old Riverside School House was a super property located in Hebden Bridge and certainly suitable for the both of us and our dog."

    The conversion had been completed to a high standard and the facilities provided showed this. The apartment was cosy and comfortable with the furnishings and I especially loved all the plants. Mark the owner was on hand for advice for parking, local walks, sightseeing, best drinking and eating establishments but also if you required anything else that was needed for your stay.   • "Really wonderful accommodation and great location."

    The flat had plenty of room for me, my partner and our dog. The boot room downstairs is really handy when you get back from walks (or the rain). Great facilities including an air fryer and cafeteria. Mark was a really friendly host, thought of everything and the mince pies near Xmas was a lovely touch! Will definitely be staying again.

  • "Historic building rescued,restored, rejuvenated, refurbished andmodernised with an eelegant simplicity."

    Appliances all work, because they are new!!! Three minutes slow walk to pub and the bottle store and very nice pub. Living area had nice relaxing atmosphere with great kitchen facilities.

The attractive, little Pennine town of Hebden Bridge sits within the Calderdale area and provides home to the picturesque Rochdale Canal and a delightful Victorian railway station. It has an abundance of independent shops , including art galleries, cafes bars , pubs and restaurants. Excellent walking country, with the National Trust owned Hardcastle Crags and the Pennine Way close by, this delightful location is also the first 'Walkers are Welcome' town in the UK, a scheme supported by the Ramblers’ Association. Alternatively, scenic drives and fabulous cycling, as featured on 2nd stage of the 2014 Tour de France, 2015 Tour de Yorkshire and 2018 Tour de Yorkshire, can be enjoyed from your doorstep. Journey to Haworth where the splendid Parsonage Museum commemorates the famous Bronte family who lived there. The area is also a must for steam railway enthusiasts who will enjoy the thriving Worth Valley Railway, whilst the highly acclaimed Eureka Museum is in Halifax, noted for its unique Piece Hall and its Victorian architecture.
